I don't normally answer the door to " cold callers" but Kenny caught me on a good day and was very professional and not "pushy" at all. He gave me phone number and contacted straight away and arranged for a call out the next day. Everything was explained in an easy to understand manner and arranged for surveyor to come out next day to "survey" . Windows were arranged for a 3 week delivery and job was done today by 2 highly efficient gents, who tidied after themselves and, even did a better job of cleaning the windows after, than my normal window cleaner 😀 Would definitely highly recommend this company and their employees 👍

Our experience dealing with SRN Home Improvements was 100% positive, from our initial telephone contact to their surveyor coming out to measure up and offer impartial advice, everyone was really knowledgeable which was of course very helpful. Within a few days of accepting our quote we were given an installation date which was only 3 weeks after the initial contact. Our installers, Scott and his son were so reliable, very friendly and quite quickly we felt comfortable with them in our home. They were really respectful and treated our home with care. Everything was explained to us every step of the way and when our patio doors were damaged (smashed glass) when they were being placed into the van, Scott told us immediately and reassured us the doors could still be fitted safely and securely with a panel in place instead of the glass. We were assured the replacement glass was already ordered and would be fitted as soon as SRN received it, which is definitely was.

All in all we would recommend SRN to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable company to fit new windows and doors.

Very happy with the experience we have had with SRN. Spoke with Tracy/Ross who worked with us and got a great deal and payment plan set up for us. The installation when smoothly. Jamie and Blair got the job done quickly and kept us updated throughout the 2 days. We left them to crack on and they have done a great job. The boys took everything away and tidied up after themselves. 6 Windows and 2 doors done in 2 days, couldn’t be happier

14 old wooden windows replaced by uPVC in under 24 hours. Fast, efficient and neat. Lovely result, quieter and lighter inside the house now. Looking forward to many years maintenance free outside, instead of a continuing round of painting wood and treating rot.

Great work carried out to a high standard

So far so good. Smooth consultation, survey and installation. Any snags quickly dealt with. Installers were polite, tidy and efficient, working late to get job done within 2 days. (Seven windows and front door with side panel).
We still have to experience some severe weather to see how effective the windows and door are.

SRN are an excellent company for double glazing installation. They have installed my front door and all my windows over the past few years and have just installed my French doors. The windows and doors are excellent quality, the finish is superb and the installation team are all brilliant. The sales and survey team are also great ensuring you get the best advice, service and products. The admin team are also very helpful, efficient and quick to respond to any queries. I would highly recommend SRN!

Was such a smooth and easy process from the beginning! Boys were helpful, tidy and done a fantastic job! Something we needed done for a while and we were glad we went with SRN!

I was recommended SRN Home Improvements for windows and doors by a workmate who had just had windows installed by them. A very professional company, from initial consultation to completion of installation was just 3 weeks and 5 days! We had all our windows and both doors replaced. Our old windows were more than 30 years old and it showed. We now have nice modern white upvc windows and doors with no draughts and a massive reduction in noise from outside. I'm sure we'll see the benefit come winter when our old windows used to mist up at the bottom. The service was second to none, the installers had everything done and dusted in 2 and a half days with minimum disruption and no damage to decoration except for one window which had very minor damage to the plaster below the sill. This was repaired a few days later, with no need to chase anybody up or phone. The windows and doors are of a high quality and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SRN Home Improvements to anyone who is looking for new windows and/or doors.
