Ordered originally to France, France messed up the order and I was not able to get it because France is a failed country. They sent me another batch to USA free of cost, it’s amazing to finally have some pharma grade trizep. This is the company I work with from now for this, my experience is good quality.

Ordered a batch of rt30 and sent sample to freedom diag for testing. Results came back at 99.98% purity and 38mg in the 30mg vial. Extremely happy with the results and will be ordering again! Thanks!

Received all my packages today and I am proud to say SRY came through. Just be patient and they will deliver as promised. Even with a bunch of hiccups with time placing my initial order and being skeptical at first. They maintained professionalism and communicated with me assuring me through all steps. I do wish the shipping and communication about tracking numbers was more straight forward as this would alleviate all their reported problems but ultimately still worth it for the price.

I see some bad reviews here. First of all I received high quality product in a reasonable amount of time. Communication was reasonable considering demand for product. I cannot believe anyone was scammed like they are claiming. Feom the dates of the reviews I would assume that they ordered at a time when there was a problem at the borders with customs and shipping. Inordered from my usual vendors and was delayed for 2 months around April and may. Those that left such negative reviews should return to clarify if they received what they ordered eventually. It was a very bad time for shipping a few months ago. No supplier was getting product delivered . I am a regular buyer and have no relationship with this company. I just feel bad seeing g a good company get bad reviews falsely.

I ordered on the 13th of august, I had the tracking but then nothing was getting updated on the tracking. After 1 week they explained me how the system works, basically the tracking doesn't get updated when you get sent it ; but only when the package arrives from china to my continent (europe). I doubted at the beginning but 4 days later, tracking had an update saying it reached Germany and that it would be delivered to me. From there, only 48 hours and package was at my door. I have sent their TR10 to labtest, came back with 99.97 purity, they even gave me compensation for the miscommunication, and it their communication clearly increased with the hire of the new employee alice, was very happy to deal with her!

Dealt with Alice and she was great, very professional and good communication. Had to wait a few weeks for my product but that’s just the nature of the beast. I make sure I order before run low. I get good product for very low prices.

I put an order on July 17th, they answer all my questions and the support was great. I got my shipment and the quality of the products is excellent. I will be buying from them often.

I ordered 7/17 and received my order on 8/1. I spent about a week in customs so it could have come much sooner were it not for that issue. I've probably ordered directly from China for the past 10 years. It is obviously not like ordering from Amazon. You pay much less and you have to wait. What you get in return is an excellent price for the same quality you get from the likes of Amazon paying retail. I dealt with Alice and she was an absolute professional. The quality was outstanding and the price was at least 80% less than I would have paid state side. If you do not have patience over pay a middle man. If you do have patience and can deal with the delays that will happen at some point I would highly recommend going directly to the source and paying wholesale. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Alice and Srylab again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Top notch people to do business with in my experience.

I’ve order 3-4 times from this company and have not had an issue once! All bad reviews are because people don’t realize they are ordering from another country which takes a good amount of time! It’s normal to have to wait 1 week up to 3-4 weeks for your orders. It has to go through customs, check points and much more before it hits US soil.
Again, srylab has delivered all my orders in a timely fashion and I’ve never had a bad experience! I’ll be ordering again for sure!

Ghosting after order since 10 days.

The company has successfully provided high quality products. It was exactly what I ordered. Communications has greatly increased in quality. I appreciate that a lot. Shipping took forever, but I got what I ordered.

I got an ad on social media for the shop. At first it seems to be ok, the contact was nice and fast. Although I know, only contact wire WhatsApp and Telegram isn't super-secure, I know as well, that in this type of business it's quite usual.

I got in contact wire WhatsApp +33 782184878 with Alice. Alice is also available at Telgram as @sry_alice - do not trust! I made a order and paid about EUR 700. I didn't receive any shipment since two months. At first they reportet issues with customs, then they told me to do a second shipment with additional products, and now - they are not answering anymore any request.

Money is lost, they scamed me - be aware and don't trust! Scamadvisor is actually not reporting that - thats a mess!

Ich habe vor über einem Monat meine Bestellung bezahlt. Anfangs hat man noch versucht mich mit Chinesischen Feiertagen hinzuhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es gar keine Reaktion mehr auf meine Fragen nach einem Tracking der Lieferung. Man reagiert einfach gar nicht mehr obwohl auf der Homepage ein 24/7 Service angegeben ist. Finger weg!
