Always had good experience with all the bookings done thru Sheetal, she is more like friend to understand your needs and book your stay accordingly. Recently we stayed at Riu Dubai and we had fun, good property, staff were so courteous, big spread of lunch and dinner, food was tasty, everything was good about the stay, will surely recommend and take a stay again with Riu.
