SSL2BUY.com Reviews

I’ve used SSL2BUY multiple times, and they continue to impress. Their pricing is excellent, the ordering process is simple, and certificates are issued quickly, but what really sets them apart is their live chat support.
Every time I’ve needed help, the live chat team has been amazing: fast to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They make even the more technical steps easy to understand, which gives a lot of confidence when managing SSL certificates.
If you want great value backed by exceptional support, SSL2BUY is an easy recommendation. Highly recommended!

Support was given by Alex. and he guided me and sorted my issue efficiently.

The support was wonderful and properly guided. Highly recommended. Thanks for all the help

This company not only gives a great deal in pricing, the support is awesome. Agent Andy did a great job for me just now - knowledgable and to the point - great going - kudos to the team as well

The online chat support was very effective. The link in the email didn't work, but the chat person, Andy, sent a new link to validate. The new .crt file arrived. It had been a year, and the chat person guided me to the menus and process. He even suggested a more efficient way to distribute the SSL certificate using .pfx files.

Received great help from Andy. He was able to resolve my query immediately.

I had an issue with validating SSL certs using DNS records. but Henry made it possible by resetting within a minute to reconfigure the order to validate domain with different method.

Excellent support, very fast. Chris was able to answer my questions and take care what I needed immediately.

Purchased through them today, and Andy was a big help in making sure I was set up properly. It was really nice to have that type of support as a new user. I'm very happy with the purchase so far.

Very helpful support - I have to install about 4 certificates a year and most of the time I manage to muddle my way through but needed help this time from support who were knowledgeable and patient. They do also have very good help docs.

Very fast response, and my issue was addressed right away. Henry was cordial and made sure I was fully satisfied with the results. Thank you! A great company to do business with.

Chris was a great help and very patient while I provided the needed information. Wonderful work!

Spoke with live customer support (Mr Jeremy). Very friendly and helpful. Finally decided to purchase again from SSL2Buy even the discounted price is still slightly higher than a competitor. Thumbs-up!

I purchased an EV Code Signing Certificate and the purchasing process was super easy. When I had issues with my hardware signing module, support (by a real human) was very helpful as well.

i must say that SSL2BUY support is like you are having a real feeling of satisfaction & peace at mind, even during the stress time of resolving SSL installation and renewal issues, keep it up, thank you

Great, fast and helpful.

Been a repeat customer with them and they have terrific support. Live chat with agent responds within minutes. Prices are reasonable too so will continue to stay with them.
