I've emailed them and their payment provider 4 times and they just ignore you. I wanted to cancel within 24 hours and they just ignore all emails. I would 100% NOT RECCOMEND this company! awful experience

I don't recommend it. Complete disappointment. It's good that I bought it for only a month. The image generation is absolutely stupid. It generates according to the request 1 time out of five; the rest it outputs with errors, completely not according to the request. It was supposed to generate at least 1000 images, but it generated a little more than 150

I purchased an annual Pro subscription on November 11, 2025, for $120, and as of today, two weeks later, that subscription has not been activated. I have emailed them twice about this and have not even received a response. I am still on the Free plan. In addition, this AI cannot accurately render objects, such as specific vehicles or other objects for which photos can be easily found in a casual online search. Since my use is to render models for my own artwork, the AI's output is a frustrating waste of my time.

When I first started using it, it was great. I could make anything I could think of, even though they did not come out right more often than not. But as someone else said, the NSFW is terrible. And what makes it worse that when I first started using it, I could at least make rated "R" stuff. When I finally got tired of this and started looking around for something that treats me like an adult, I canceled the pay part of my subscription. As others have noted, canceling is a pain. YOU HAVE TO GET TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Such as it is. I sent an email saying I wanted to cancel, and it took them a few days to get back to me. On the plus side, I don't think they charged me for another month. And I still have over 3000 credits which they are letting me use (for now)
It's too bad, this site was great for a while. The images were realistic, and they did good faces of real people A lot of the time. If I wanted to put Maryln Monroe on a winged horse, I could do that the subject would look like the famous actress. Truthfully, I can still do that, but if I wanted her to "show some skin," I can't do that. (anymore) ALso I am getting a virus warning on AVAST. I have written to them three times (Starting in April 2024) about this and am still getting it

Cannot cancel subscription on the website.

I initially gave a negative review several months ago when their servers crashed, the images became distorted.

However, once someone replied through an email and assured me that they'd get it fixed, which they did, I removed the review, and for a moment, everything was going well!

Now the image generation doesn't generate at all! The images I need for my work, and the NSFW filter is out of hand. While I understand that it's a necessary safety parameter, however, my pictures were very mild and something that should be allowed easily to be generated.

I contacted customer service through an email, and first, they explained that the web app is being updated, along with the models, and might take a few weeks, so I let it rest.

Now, it's been a few months since that. I sent a few emails, and once again, nobody answered back, and this time I tried several times, without any avail so far to fix the issue, or just even let me know what's going on over there.

I spent a reasonable amount of money on the credits, and I still have 2000 credits which I can't use there anymore. I can safely say that while the quality of the images is very fine, their customer service is anything but...

Shame, I thought this was a promising web app to be used. I'm not happy about this at all.

This time I won't delete this review that's for sure...

arbeitet mit paddle.net zusammen. Man landet also in einer Abofalle.
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit auf der Website das Abo zu kündigen.
Kein Impressum.
Keine Telefonnummer.
