We bought this dress in the customized form for a Navy ball this year. The dress turned out to be beautiful and fit like a glove. The dress arrived within a few weeks of ordering. The quality of very good. We will definitely buy again from Stacees. This was our second custom dress, and both turned out to be a perfect fit. I also liked the follow up email just to make sure all our numbers were what we wanted before they started the dress.

The ordering process was easy and straightforward. The communication was excellent and the product was perfect! It even shipped much faster than we expected.

My daughter loved the dress and it fit hey perfect. Just as advertised.

The dress was beautiful and exquisitely made, my daughter loved it and looked gorgeous. The bodice fit her perfectly and hemming it to the correct length wasn’t a problem. The order was delivered promptly and packaged well.

I too would give negative stars if possible. This website is a complete scam do not buy from STACEES. They do not care about their customers, they only want to take your money and leave you with a dress that does not fit. They state that each dress is one of a kind which is a lie, it's not a custom made dress but when you try to return they won't give you one unless the dress what damaged during the shipping process. Horrible company. Shop local never from this site.

I ordered two gowns from this vendor with the intention of keeping one, which is common practice when deciding on fit and style. Both dresses arrived, and while the gown itself was beautiful and fit well, my experience with the company was extremely disappointing.

Their policy states a 14‑day return window. I attempted to contact the vendor multiple times within that window to initiate a return, but was unable to get a response. I finally reached them four days after the return window ended, at which point they refused to honor the return, despite my documented attempts to contact them earlier.

What I found most troubling was that instead of addressing the issue fairly, I was offered $10 to leave a positive review. This felt inappropriate and undermined my trust in the company. Interestingly, they will you $5 off a dress to purchase, but are buying positive reviews.

The product itself was good, but customer service and ethical business practices matter. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this vendor again.

We had a great experience with Stacees. This was the first for us. Everything was great. They emailed me asking measurements of my daughter for the dress. The only thing was the burgundy did not look as shown in picture. It turned out working wonderfully.

My daughter found a dress that look exactly like the designer dress she had been admiring on the Stacees website. We determined her size based on the measurements of other dresses she had and by reading all the dress reviews. It was a perfect fit. The dress was heavy due to the sequins and the layers of material so we had a little more support added in the bodice. It was a beautiful gown and she received many compliments!

I recently ordered a dress for my daughter’s sweet 16! We are in love with it! We sent in her measurements and they made the dress for us and it fits her like a glove!! The quality and material is top tier!!! One of the best purchases we’ve made! It looked exactly like the photo!!!! Totally worth it!!! I will 1000000% be a repeat customer and refer all my friends!!

They have their reviews turned off for Facebook. You can't leave one on Google. LOOK at TrustPilot, Reddit, and BBB and you will see the true Stacees dresses. Cheap dresses, horrible customer service, and LIES. Even worse they market to teens through social media with images that are not even theirs. Our dress was denied being returned and unalterable. A total waste. DO NOT BUY!

This company is a total SCAM. Please read the other reviews. This many people are not lying. They pay money tobe on Google so they continue to sty at the top with their own fake reviews. Cheap overseas dress that they will NOT return. Their customer service is a joke.
