It’s a great concept, no cardboard, tape & wasted money on boxes that will just go into the trash once the move is over. But they give delivery windows of 4 hours and in my experience for both drop off and pick up the drivers were way late by over an hour. Lots of wasted time waiting and waiting and waiting. If they improve logistics I’d be willing to use again but time is precious and not worth the inconvenience as they currently run things..:

Convenience of delivered moving boxes with none of the waste or hassle. I packed up my stuff quicker than expected and staged it for the movers. They liked them for ease of carrying them out and stacking securely in the truck. I could roll the totes around my house to unload easier and faster. Then they just came and picked them up at my door. Easiest move ever. Highly recommend!

From drop-off a week before my move to pickup two weeks after. Seamless communication. Two professional drop-off and pickup contractors and less headache of using a bunch of boxes. Recommendable

Super easy process from start to finish. High quality bins. Delivery and pick up exactly on schedule and drivers were very communicative. Bins were spotless and new. Highly recommend this process over boxes and tape!

I think some of y'all have too high of expectations for a RENTABLE CRATE SERVICE. Get over yourselves, and grow up.

Would recommend, and definitely using again next move.

10/10 recommend. SO much better than using cardboard boxes. Easier to carry, stack, more sturdy, etc…amazing value for the money.

My only complaint to them is I made changes to the reservation online (added boxes and changed the dates) but the ops person didn’t receive the changes on her end.

She was quick to fix it retroactively (great service) but they need to fix that going forward.

Stack helped make my move 100 times easier! The plastic tubs are very sturdy, hold a lot of items, and are easier to handle than cardboard boxes. Having the dolly as part of my rental was also a huge help. The best part is not having to figure out what to do with old cardboard boxes after finished moving! There were some delays in communication with delivery, but nothing major and would highly recommend to anyone moving!

Renting moving bins from Stack was quick and easy, and extending the rental period was completely hassle-free. The delivery team was professional, on time, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The Stack people were super easy to deal with and helpful. We didn’t have to search out nor buy boxes.
Dropped the big green bins at the old house and picked the up at the new house after a week. The communication was excellent as well.

The drop off was easy, the boxes were clean and they picked up when they said they were. I would totally use them in the future.

The Stack bins made it easy to pack without the hassle of taping up and taking apart cardboard boxes. My daughter used a similar program in another state which gave me the idea to find one in Colorado. I highly recommend!

The bins were delivered and picked up without issue. And they were so much easier to use than cardboard boxes. They weren’t as clean as I was hoping they would be. The estimating tool they have online worked perfectly.

Love this company!!! You can’t beat the convenience of having boxes dropped off at your doorstep before moving, and then picked up after! Plus no tape, no mess, no work. So easy to close and open. Will definitely use them again when we move and recommend to friends and family.

Easy to schedule delivery and pickup dates. Fast, friendly service. It was even super easy to extend when we had a last minute change of plans. Would highly recommend for anyone planning to move in the near future.

I rented bins to move in 2024. I wish I remembered the company's name because it was a very positive experience. I can't say the same about Stack for the following reasons: 1) The previous company provided a variety of sizes, which is important for heavy items like books. Stack only provided one size and they make it very difficult to look up the dimensions. 2) The bins smelt and a few had dried brown gunk in the corners. I never once had the impression I was using recycling bins with the previous company. It's not just because their's were red and these were green, but because the single size, smell, and dirt definitely solidified the impression that the customer's moving experience isn't a primary concern. 3) The price of leasing these bins increases exponentially after 7 days. Previously, I paid $350 and had the bins for several weeks. My final bill with Stack was about $294 and if I had reserved them for even a few days past 7, the price came out close to $500. 4) They sold my personal information to moving companies with aggressive outreach. On check out you can select an option to receive information on furniture disposal and instead I had several moving companies repeatedly calling, texting, emailing me, and the only business I spoke to on disposal services didn't even have pricing or process information available to share. They wanted to show up look at the items and then give their price (not very professional to say the least). In conclusion, I paid a premium price for an inferior product, the inconvenience of a limited amount time to pack, and had to undergo what I can only describe as predatory business-getting tactics from multiple businesses. I think everyone's accepted that things are more expensive, but this company's standard of service falls short in every category and the investment is impossible to justify. $300 to pack your life in someone else's old recycling bins, without the convenience to start packing ahead of time, or a variety sizes, and they're making extra money selling your information, is not what I would call a positive experience.

It worked out! I needed more than the recommended though for our home size and wound up buying some boxes. Overall though, pretty seamless and saved on waste tremendously!

The boxes worked as expected and I like that they included labels. The representative who dropped them off and picked them up was friendly and helpful.

But the communication is abysmal. Stack claims they’ll call you the day before pickup and drop off, but that didn’t happen for me. They called me an hour before arriving to drop off the boxes. And they did not call me at all to schedule a pick up. The guy was just here at 8 in the morning.

I need to be able to plan my days when I’m moving. There’s so much going on. This failure to communicate was a big let down.
