I hit for $3500 on stackr. they have a redeem limit of $500 so I was doing $500 redeems at a time, I successfully got $1500 out before they abruptly banned my account for made-up BS reasons and stole the remaining $2k. I emailed them, DM'd their socials on insta and facebook, they responded once or twice and then ghosted me. I can provide screenshots to prove what I am saying is true if need be because I know stackr tries to get these bad reviews removed.

A bit of a bumpy start but they made it right. Overall great casino. Fast redeem times thank u stackr!

Honestly, they are my go to sweeps casino. Anytime I've ever had an issue and have to chat with support or my vip rep, they resolve it right then, or clarify of I am in the wrong and actually explain themselves without copying and pasting from pre written responses. I do purchase here, almost daily, I win majority of the time and when I lose more than I put in and don't cash out my rakeback is there every week. Their redemptions are fast, I've gotten them within minutes and at the latest the next day. I absolutely love Stackr though and if you haven't played here, you should most definitely make a purchase and actually risk it for a reward.

You can NOT collect daily free value without "reasonable gameplay". Meaning can't collect your 20 cents a day for an extended period of time, and play it all at once. I tried to cash out after reaching the redeem minimum, mostly accrued from free daily amount and played through at least 1X.

I’ve been playing on this site for well over six months—possibly close to a year—and have logged in every day, consistently receiving the small daily bonuses. In all that time, I’ve only had one successful payout, which was about four months ago for $100. Recently, I won another $100, less than a week ago.
After the win, I contacted support to ask how long payouts usually take. They responded, and I continued logging in daily without any issues. In fact, I logged in this morning and received my bonus as usual. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email stating that my redemption was cancelled and my account had been closed.
They didn’t give a specific reason—no mention of duplicate accounts, promo abuse, or anything else—just a reference to their general policies. When I asked for my gameplay and bonus history, they refused to provide it. Instead, they only sent a small screenshot showing a four‑day login bonus, with no spin history included.
This is the only casino I’ve ever had a problem with. It’s difficult to understand why an account with such a long and consistent login and gameplay history would be closed immediately after a redemption request. Clearly, this is an issue and I guess I will be moving on to next steps.
Make sure you screenshot your transaction history while you have an open account. I have some of my login/gameplay history but not all of it and you may need it.

I put in for a minimum redemption and my account was then closed due to not playing daily bonuses for 4 days which seems highly arbitrary and suspicious. Total scam.

I gave Stackr a chance and got burned. After buying a package and collecting daily bonuses, my first redemption attempt ended with an email claiming I violated terms for not playing my SC quickly enough and stockpiling daily bonuses. Of course I'm guilty...with a high bar for redemption it took some time to accumulate enough SC.

Take the negative reviews seriously on this social casino. I should have known better.

THEY CANT SHOW ME THE PROOF!!!
I won 400+ dollars and tried to cashout but instead of cashing out they took my winnings and locked my account. THE ONLY ACCOUNT I HAVE BTW. so in other words DO NOT EXPECT TO REDEEM ANY MONEY AND DEFINITELY DONT BUY ANYTHING. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WONT PAY !!! They claim they got proof but dont ever show it!

I'mI used my daily free sc to play, and won 100.00. they cancelled my redemption stating I took advantage of there system. This was a lie, I just played when I had enough money to spin numerous spins. This site is a rip off and bait and switch king. They said it was from stacking free promotional sc, but the are the ONLY SITE to have this stipulation. How can you win using their free what 20 cents. You can't, this making this site a sweepstakes scam. All other sweepstakes casinos are better and legit. This regardless of their policy, is a scam.

Sign up was easy and I love they have several of my favorite games.. I'm just waiting to see if/when my lil redemtion will go through. It was 2/27/26.. it's only been 4 business days so I haven't reached out to suppor yet..

Not sure if I'd recommend or not, I just know the redemtion time seems a bit lengthy compared to other sites.

I enjoy free money and this is not my first redemption without investing any money. However, I'm still waiting 7 days already. This is extremely excessive and sadly this is not including the 7 business day's they require. Initiated redemption 02/26/26 @ 3:30 p.m. EST. Still waiting. I assumed the reviews indicating trouble getting accounts closed were from people who had done something wrong and didn't want to admit it, but sadly I can confirm that this site may be *primarily* interested in theft.

I had a significant balance with no complaints for awhile, when Stackr support reached out to me to let me know they were having issues with their redemption system. I made it clear that if that were the case, I'd like to lower my balance before continuing to play. I was given *no* indication that this was an issue (why would it be?).

This week, Stackr emailed me to let me know that my account had been closed for "promo stacking". The evidence offered? That I made deposits in December, played, and then redeemed without playing further. All of which is exactly what I said I would do after they reached out to me about issues with their payment system!

The result is a $3,000 remaining balance that has been stolen by Stackr, and a once responsive support team that simply ignores my emails now.

I believe this site exists to steal your deposit, rather than winning it from you honestly like a real casino.

Avoid at all costs.

Honestly pretty much no reason to visit this site whatsoever... They dont pay out for your referrals. (Im owed over 40 different refferal payments, most of which definitely met all requirements, which is insanely ungrateful..they also have piss poor discounts and an extremely pathetic daily bonus. Which its getting old all these bottom feeder sites thinking they can exploit sweeps laws and have a literal casino and not do the one requirement there is to do so "legally", which is provide a reasonable daily way to play for free. 0.20 cents is in NO way within the laws requirements. Hence why the companies that are greedy like this keep getting sued to oblivion and shut down.

Also their absolutely laughable daily wheel doesnt even actually PAY what it says it does. The amount of times my wheel has either come to a complete and dead stop directly dead center on the "100SC" spot, then after seconds of having stopped, just decides to slide over, not simply to the next spot, but to the closest spot that has 0sc on it, skipping any slot that has anything over a paltry 10cents, or will be blatantly about to stop on a good spot. Then starts moving again to do the same thing described before. So they are objectively and inarguably dishonest.

Lastly, their "support" is the rudest most immature and childish bunch of troglodytes I've ever experienced, rushing to nasty and frankly absurdly ridiculous accusations without warning or agitation whatsoever, usually based on some almost infantile things they just decided were going on.

There are quite literally DOZENS... MANY dozens of worthwhile, generous, trustworthy, not nasty sites with friendly and helpful support out there that offer superior benefits in every single conceivable way... period... why should anyone choose to spend time, let alone money, at a place that doesnt respect players time, trust, money, dignity, loyalty, or intelligence, when so many sites do?... Anyone foolish enough to put their time or money into this junk heap frankly deserves whats coming to them. Which based on past experience and the experience of so many others... Is all of the garbage detailed above, but also to get robbed blind if they are serenely lucky enough to ever win enough to meet their absurd redemption requirements...

I won then when I went to redeem it the next day i got a email stating I have been terminated because Stakr believed i was making duplicate account which i explained to them that i didnt know which email i had used which i have 3 emails and they said it was still against there rules and i will not be able to get my redimsion which is wrong.

Dishonest. Their AI chat bot told me I could redeem by gift card at a 10 coin minimum. This was never actually an option. They would not refund my purchase because I "played through the coins", even though their bot gave me false information. My balance now is more than the purchase amount. They should just make it right and hope to keep me as a customer, but they refused to refund me. (Probably because they do this on purpose.)

Response: your AI chat bot gave me misinformation that led to me making a deposit. Had you given me a truthful response (i.e. "no sir. We don't do gift card redemptions"), I would have refrained from depositing. You got my money by lying to me. You should have done the right thing and refunded it. What a terrible response from you guys as well. Learn how to do customer service and then try to run an honest business. Shame on you all

Hundreds of dollars to finally hit a free spin........and it pays $6. After my experience I am sincerely questioning the integrity of anyone who rates this higher than a 1. In an era filled with polished turds called "Social Casinos," Stackr has rising to the top of the bowl.

Oh, and if you enjoy losing, just wait until you find out they charge you a fee to purchase from them....its the icing on the turd cake. Its not a fee to redeem....its a fee for the distinct honor of donating to some shady unregulated overseas entity. Do yourself a favor and if you think about playing here.....just walk away. There are still a few somewhat fair places out there, but Stackr is DEFINITELY not one of them.

I'm rating them one star because it is the lowest rating. I had a balance of 43.59 sc. When I tried to login on 2/15/26 I could not. I asked for a password reset to my email but none arrived. Then a tried to open a new account and Stakeus let me open a new account under a different username with the same email address. I had to use a new username because the old username was still in use. So they have knowledge of the old account but have blocked me from it. I would not play on this website for money. I smell a rat. How do you contact customer service when you can't login? 1 star rating is way to high for this casino. 4/14/26 update after 2 months Stackr has finally replied to my complaint. At this time I am not interested in playing on the Stackr venue. One star rating.

Don't bother collecting dailies or any of the promotional SC that they offer as they WILL use it as a reason to ban you and cancel your redemption if you do not play on those days that you grab dailies/promos. Very predatory, disgusting, and overly greedy policies that are not in existence with many of the other social/sweeps casinos that are available. Stick to those and stay away from this one. Hopefully this prevents you from having your money swallowed up by a truly terrible online casino.
