Ordered outdoor furniture at a great price. Jacob contacted me to say that the original order would be delayed due to issues with stock delivery. He offered an alternative model option for the same price which could be delivered on time. We were happy to stick with the original model with a later delivery. Jacob communicated throughout the process in a prompt, polite, professional yet friendly manner. It was a pleasure to speak with him. We have been really pleased with the product & communication. Would definitely order from here again. Thank you Jacob!

A great company to deal with - I ordered a storage unit and matching coffee table from this company - I all honestly there was an issue with the coffee table which was the wrong colour - but Jacob rectified this issue and within 2 days I was sent the new coffee table and the wrong colour one returned - thanks Jacob

This is a tough one to write as I ordered my garden furniture at the beginning of the lock down .....we had no idea that the tankers and the shipping would become an issue
Needless to say I didn't receive my garden furniture in time for the summer ( I know we didn't have much of one ) ironically it arrived the day before I went off on my holidays

HOWEVER this will not stop me buying from Staffordshireuk again in the future

Jacob could not have been more professional and efficient if he had tried, he kept me informed of everything that was happening , he gave me the option of a full refund when he realised the delivery date was being pushed over and over again
He even offered me a free gift to say sorry which, of course, I declined, his family run company is in its early stages and we should support these people not be taking away any of their well earned takings

well done Jacob and thanks for all your help...the plus side to all of this is I now have a brand new set of furniture ready for next years sunshine

Having waited a long time for our garden furniture but always kept updated by Jacob we have now received our Garden Dining Set. We are so pleased with our purchase and happy that we decided to wait. Must mention the delivery lads too as they were on time are very helpful.

Jacob has been a star with nothing too much trouble the furniture is terrific, very well made and very comfortable - it arrived a couple of days late (No problem with that) but the delivery guys (From Panther) were not very helpful, they were not keen to carry the furniture onto our patio and refused point blank to unpack it, assemble it and take the packaging away which Jacob said they would do and I have seen other reviews saying that they did unpack and assemble with other of Jacob's customers

I ordered the garden sectional sofa set in grey, having followed this company on Instagram I knew the quality would be good. I did have to wait around 3-4 months with the shortage of garden furniture everywhere, but it was definitely worth the wait. It arrived flat packed and was easy to build. Jacob was always quick to respond to any questions I had regarding the order and kept me updated with delivery.

Great service, excellent quality

Ordered Garden furniture set of 2 benches, 2 chairs and 6' table at end of August 2021. Delivery date set for yesterday 08/09/21 and furniture arrived on time, delivered by friendly driver who assembled the table and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. We are extremely pleased with the set and the price - it has surpassed our expectations and we are very happy with the whole process from ordering to delivery. I had a couple of queries along the way and they were answered quickly and clearly. I finally finished making my dream sixteen century Italian Renaissance garden and wanted a sofa set to relax and enjoy the garden. I looked at various companies and Staffordshire UK Furniture had such a good selection that I focused on them.
I decided on the Rio set because of all the different ways of placing the furniture and it had a matching lounger.
I have never bought furniture without seeing it first and was a little concerned. Those worries were swiftly brushed aside when the furniture was delivered. The quality is amazing! The furniture is strong but easily movable, the cushions are so comfortable and well made. It really is a luxurious set and I am so happy with the quality and the comfort.
In summary this is an excellent company, the Rio set is outstanding and the communication skills and service from the owner Jacob is exemplary.

After finding the company online we put an order in for a set of furniture we really liked the look of. As expected ( in our covid world) there were delays but Jacob kept us up to speed with what was happening and when everything would arrive. The delivery company were very professional and helpful and we are very pleased with our new furniture! I would definitely recommend the furniture and company. Very professional, helpful and also personal. I didn’t feel like I was just another customer but that Jacob and team actually cared! Thank you!

No answers to messages from Facebook site, no feedback via their website, no phone number to reach out to.....
Items ordered back in June with delivery for August. As per recent confirmation from Jacob (owner) items were shipped via DHL as of 12.08 - no follow up since than or option to get more information. I would not recommend any future purchases to anyone.

I wholly recommend Staffordshire Furniture after ordering two separate Maze garden sofa sets. The communication and customer service from Jacob was excellent and the furniture is of superb quality. One of the sets arrived much earlier than expected too. Thank you again Jacob - I’m a very happy customer.

Good service, a little delay on delivery

What a wonderful company. We absolutely love our new garden furniture. Looks stunning, price was great and it easy to assemble. We had an issue with delivery - no fault of the company it was the delivery company , but Jacob chased everything up for us and kept us updated every day - excellent communications. Would definitely highly recommend .

What a fantastic company, couldn’t do enough for us, admittedly there was a delay in getting the furniture but that wasn’t there fault and they kept us informed.

Purchased the Garden Sofa Set Grey and Light Wood online on 03.08.21. Received delivery of the full set in its entirety on 09.08.21. Delivery was to the Midlands, UK and it was literally as smooth as angel delight, the couriers were the most pleasant I'd dealt with of late. Very accomodating and happy to give constant updates on the progress of the delivery. Upon receiving there was no evidence of any defects or damage to any of the furniture or upholstery following a very thorough inspection by myself. I had alot of questions about the sofa set prior to ordering. To which these queries were instantly responded to. Staffordshire UK were happy to provide instant responses to queries about this product and other products we were looking at during the time of ordering. We were also provided with constant updates as to the progress of the order. We dealt with a gentleman called Jacob who's customer service was beyond exemplary. The best I've ever received upon purchasing goods online. I very much look forward to our next purchase with Staffordshire UK and will be eager to recommend them to family and friends. Very similar experience the bad reviews - ordered in March arrived in July. I did understand that there is a worldwide pandemic and also a huge shortage of shipping space from the far east - all of which are beyond the control of Saffordshireuk.com.
Jacob kept me informed of any delays or changes in the estimated delivery date - he is at the behest of his supplier. I am pretty sure they did not delay customers' orders on purpose - why would you?
If you look on any social media platform you can see there is a shortage outdoor materials - garden furniture, timber etc - it's just how it is.
Anyway, the furniture has arrived - delivered by Panther and the quality, as expected is fantastic. Ther are much cheaper alternatives out there but you do get what you pay for - we have some older Maze furniture, around 5-6 years old and it is like new.
I would recommend Staffordshire UK and Maze for garden furniture

Have to say I was a little cautious at first using this company based on the fact it is a new and small company, but one of the reasons we wanted to support them - we all start from somewhere! We purchased a piece of bedroom furniture and are very happy. Arrived on time - albeit talking 2 delivery attempt (couriers fault), easy to assemble and looks great! I did reach out to Jacob around the delivery issue and his reply was prompt and was quick to help. Overall very satisfied indeed!
