My experience and ring I got for my husband were AMAZING. I accidentally ordered the wrong metal and customer service walked me through the steps to receive exactly what I wanted. Beautiful ring and quality. My man is obsessed with it. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful craftsmanship. They did great recreating a custom design my fiance saw on social media. Free resizing is helpful 2 yesrs later. The only downside is we requested rhe ring to be featured on their tiktok (which they ask when filling out order forms), and my ring was never shown.

I just received my future husband’s wedding band. It’s absolutely beautiful and the color is even better than expected. The people at Staghead Designs were very easy to work with and communicated well.

Decided on a whim to get married and needed rings within a few weeks, and staghead certainly delivered! We had the dates engraved in them and one of the rings had the inlay centered instead of offset, and they look perfect! They emailed us to give a timeline and to suggest purchasing overnight shipping to guarantee their arrival before the necessary date, and they arrived five days before we needed them by despite the engraving and modification. Since we needed them so soon, we didn't have a chance to try the sizing kit, but they fit perfectly anyway! Definitely a company at the top of our list for any other rings or jewelry we may purchase.

I had an amazing time with this company. I had never heard of this company before a family member told me about them, and while I was researching rings, I found they not only had the widest selection but also the most beautiful rings I've ever seen. Their customer service is also amazing, kind, and super-fast to respond. I received my ring yesterday, and it is GORGEOUS!!

I’ve never been a jewelry person, so I wasn’t excited about the idea of wearing a ring. Staghead Designs completely changed that.

They made my wedding band — a gold ring with a mountain design carved into it. My wife and I got married at the base of a mountain and I love hiking and being in the woods, so the design felt incredibly personal. Now I actually look forward to wearing it for nice events.

What surprised me even more are their silicone bands. I lift, hike, and do a lot of yard work, so I wear the silicone band daily. It’s easily the best one I’ve tried — strong, comfortable, and it stays snug.

Great design, great quality, and perfect for someone who never thought they’d enjoy wearing a ring.

Great communication and the quality is always top notch

Edited: I did finally get a response and was told that the email chain was going to spam. They apologized deeply and offered a discount. To top it off the remade the ring and it was in my hands very shortly after. The wedding band is exactly as described and I haven't taken it off since received. If it wasn’t for the onset of my experience this would easily be 5 stars!

I hate to write this review, but I feel completely ignored and at a standstill. My order was placed on 12/2, and from the very beginning the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication takes weeks at a time, if there’s a response at all.
I was initially told the design I selected couldn’t be completed. Few weeks later, I was informed that it actually could be done and that the original representative was mistaken and no longer with the company. That back-and-forth alone took an entire month before I even received the ring sizing kit.

Production itself was quick, but when the ring arrived, it was incorrect. I received an 8mm ring instead of the 6mm I ordered. I immediately contacted them and was told they would remake and initiated a return so it could be fixed. I responded asking whether I needed to send additional material or if they still had what I provided (since the ring is being made using fabric from my wife’s wedding dress). It has now been nearly two weeks since that email, along with multiple attempts to reach them by phone and a voicemail left with no response.

This piece of jewelry holds deep personal meaning for me. At this point, not only am I frustrated, but I’m also concerned about whether the correct material will even be used given how this process has been handled. I truly wish the experience had matched the significance of the product.

Enquired about a ring. Found Carson to be quite rude and didnt seem to want my business.

My fiance picked out a ring and I ordered it and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The ordering process was easy to navigate, the time allowances were correct, I was emailed with updates the entire time, and shipping was fast. The packaging and presentation was beautiful and clearly was given a lot of time. I appreciate that it includes a silicone band that is the same size. Overall we are both extremely happy and we can't wait for our wedding day/ for him to start wearing it!

I have been following Staghead for about a year prior to purchasing my husband ring. I love how we can customize the rings and make them ours. The quality/design and customization is what make them stand out from other Jewelry designers. The option you get for different warrenty. The band width option was a huge deciding factor when picking our ring designer. The presentation when the ring arrived was beautiful. It was a larger box with a ring box inside and they also included a black rubber working band (for free) to ensure my husband could still represent our love while doing laborous work with his hands.

The only feedback I would give Staghead is when the ring is in process, keep sending out details about the purchse. I know we had 4/6 week with no notice from the company and when making a large investment, communication is key. Clients want to feel involved and up to date with what is going on. Even an email every couple weeks letting us know everything is on track, would calm those little butterflies of is this site real. I also selected a 5 year warrenty when purchasing my husband ring but was dropped somehow at check-out. I now have to figure out how to get the warrenty back after purchasing the ring.

I would def order from Staghead again and stand behind their quality of work. Thanks!!!

I’m not usually a jeweler wearer but I’m in love with my ring that staghead design made. It is even more beautiful in person. I’m so excited to wear it everyday. They were so amazing to work with. They were amazing from the start to the finish. Communication was great. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much for making the ring of my dreams!!

They were responsive and super helpful during the custom design process. It was a relatively quick process from start to finish. The ring itself is gorgeous and so well made and I fully trust that my partner is going to love the finished product when I finally give it to them 💕

My husband got my engagement ring from here, I sent it in to be resized and they sent it back and one of the small side diamonds was missing. Then after about 2 years of owning it the center stone fell out of it. My husbands ring from them is also already very scratched up after a year of him wearing it. Their designs are beautiful but their quality unfortunately hasn’t been great. I’ve decided to go to outside companies to fix future issues with both rings

The selection of rings to choose from was vast and the designs gorgeous. Process was smooth and simple. Will be shopping here again.

The sizing kit process was exceptionally easy. The ring is very comfortable and looks amazing. The presentation of the ring box was awesome.

The customer service was amazing, and the rings were stunning. I had changes that I wanted to make after I had purchased, but before I gave them the sizes and they were able to make it happen. We are extremely happy with our rings, and so excited that they have matching elements that tie us together, while still being completely different styles. I can't say enough about this place and I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a high quality and unique ring.
