Great service.

I am so excited to gift this product to a close friend for her birthday. We are BOTH book lovers and this will make for a special personalized gift!

I have contacted this company 4 times so far without any success. I bought this shaper as a birthday present but it does not imprint on the paper at all. I have asked the company for advice but sadly they have not responded to date. So far it would seem this purchase was a waste of my Money!!

Saw the ad on Facebook and as a book lover thought this would be a good late Xmas present.Plenty of designs to choose from and purchase was smooth and communication good.Arrived in good time and I was surprised how compact it is,but works so effectively.Well pleased.

The ordering and customization process was very easy. The product is exactly what I ordered and works very well.

I was amazed. I was a bit skeptical of the website, ordering, and shipment process based on a recent experience with another retailer. The product arrived as expected with confirmation and updates during the process. The product is working as expected and is of higher quality materials than I expected. I am quite happy with the entire experience. Thank you.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY ITS BEEN NEARLY 2 WEEKS.
ON THEIR WEBSITE DOESN'T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT IT COMING FROM OVERSEAS!!!!!
IT'S STATING ON THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM IT'S STILL OVERSEAS.
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME !!!

Placed my order on December 15th for a birthday present at the end of December. It is now January 30th and according to the tracking info it's been in customs since December 29th. Customer service is a joke. Will not answer my emails. Their website is very deceiving and everything looks legit but don't waste your money or time. It is a complete scam!

My order arrived on time and was perfect.

Very creative gift. Needs a bit more leverage to really get the top of the stamp to be as crisp as the bottom, but overall, good quality!

My embosser is the perfect addition to my collection and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality. I now have all my book friends jealous and will probably end up buying them each one for gifts

Packing was great, I was worried that it wouldn’t be secured but was more than enough:)

Complete scam. I placed an order on the 21st November as a Christmas present, with the anticipated arrival being the fist week of December. It is now over 2 months later and I have not received the item.

I have emailed several times and received no response or an attempt to rectify the issue. Please save your money and go elsewhere. There is no contact number and zero customer service, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

My partner loves it such a great personalised gift that is genuinely unique!

I have seen this for months already and got myself one to check it out before I got one for my mother in law. I absolutely love it! I'm excited to be able to use it on my books as I continue to gather more for the library. Would recommend definitely!
