They sent a damaged product and the replacement they sent was also damaged. I requested a refund and was told I would receive it, but they disappeared. Throughout the process from ordering date onwards was a total shambles. Delayed delivery (it was for a birthday, so spoiled my surprise). Arrived damaged. Offered to replace it, and the new one also arrived damaged with the same issue. Requested a refund and they said they would refund it and then they disappeared. Disgusting Customer Service and I certainly do not recommend dealing with them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The company is amazing with customer service. My only complaint is the shipper they use doesn’t update the shipping information until it’s literally at your door.

Do not trust this company. Product still hasn’t arrived and despite me chasing on email no resolution. They are way outside of the delivery window and while their response to my emails is polite they are yet to take action. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the embosser as a special birth gift. Over three weeks later and despite chasing it’s still not arrived. While the customer service person has always emailed back I have had to constantly chase and make suggestions and I am as yet to be offered a refund - or even a replacement. So what looked like being a perfect gift has turned into a stress of emails.

This is my second order and this time I ordered a bespoke clip for my embosser to use with my handmade books as I am a bookbinder. The process was quick and easy and my new clip is a perfect rendition of my logo. My only disappointment…I couldn’t choose the clip colour. It would have been nice to be able to match it to my handle.

The order process was easy and I got exactly what I wanted. The stamp is all metal and great quality in the impressions I’ve made so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up!
