Hands down the best customer service and product on the market. I was hesitant at first about the stamp and what I was wanting to achieve with it. June, Kwok and the entire team helped me with product selection for my bars ice program and design. Design process was easy, painless and quick. Once the approval went in the product was in my hands in less than a week (from oversees)! Once I got the product in hand and used it I was amazed. Best product ever.

I ordered wax samples, melting kit, magnolia stamp kit and personalized signature stamp kit. All products came well packed, in lovely, stylish boxes. Quality of the stamps are just gorgeous! I am very pleased with them and with the colours. It is a beautiful addition to my stationary hobby, personalized presents and it would be great as a gift for stamps lover. The stamp, Melting Kit and wax sticks I ordered are so lovely and very reasonably priced. They are super easy and fun to use and the result is stunning. The ordering process went very smoothly with excellent communication. My custom stamp did not turn out exactly as expected, even though proofs were sent to me that I approved also, but this was swiftly solved by the lovely Stamptitude team. Amazing product!
Arrived in Australia really quickly, and the experience from first unwrapping the box to using the stamp was amazing.
The packaging is beautiful, the instructions are simple to follow and I made my first ever wax seal perfectly. The stamp is exactly like it’s displayed on your site.

I made an order from Germany. My order was processed quickly and actually delivered very fast.
The German post office never notified me that my package is waiting for me since 2 weeks already at the customs. That is why it took me a bit longer to get my order.

The quality of my sealing is very good and I am complitely satisfied with the product. I would make an order any time again. I love it!!!

I just recently had Stampitude make me a custom seal, and I am blown away by the quality of their work, and their care and communication in reviewing the design I submitted. After I saw the proof I was going to make a minor change to the design, but they beat me to it once I mentioned I was going to do it. They made certain I was happy with the final proof before going into production, and they had the finished product out the door and delivered very quickly. Plus, the cost was more than reasonable. I am very happy with the entire experience, and recommend them highly.

We were impressed with the quality and efficiency of Stamptitude. Within a matter of days, they sent us the proof and we approved it. And within a week and a half, they produced a high-quality stamp and it arrived at our home in the United States. In total, the whole process took only 2 weeks.

In today's world wax seals are nothing more than a novelty, something people add to show effort or interest. Maybe for some of us wax seals are just fun to make and we personally enjoy making them. Regardless Stamptitude is helping support a dying art form. They were recommended by a friend of mine, I had my reservation but I decided to order a custom seal anyway.

Stamptitude was amazingly accommodating, they have a large assortment of stamps available but the main selling point is being able to create your own seal. My experience with them was nothing but positive, if you would like your own stamp made you would need a vector based image. They are not the easiest things to create, my friend was able to convert an image I had to a vector image however the image wasn't sharp enough.

I spent about 2 weeks trying to get a different image however I was having a hard time. So I contacted Stamptitude and asked if they could help me out. I had a very high definition PNG file and I asked if they would be able work with that, I was thinking they wouldn't be able to since that's a good amount of extra labor. When I sent the image to them they were able to use the image and create a proof for me. The original proof lacked some detail from the original file, I returned it requesting some changes and they were able to make a perfect proof from my requests.

When I got the stamp I was impressed, the stamp was identical to the image I provided. It included all the detail I wanted in the original image. Not to mention the seal itself was very professionally made, the handle is of excellent quality, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My sisters wedding is coming up and I can guarantee everyone I'm going to have them order a custom seal from Stamptitude.

My order was shipped very fast in a beautifully packaged gift wrap, and was exactly as described on the site and in the pictures. Both the person I gave it to and myself were delighted to find such a carefully crafted product!

Stamptitude makes an excellent product and is extremely accommodating, the product surpassed my expectations both in terms of detail and quality of materials. My wax seal is intricate and manufactured exactly to the design I drew up. The product was affordable for what it is and stands out when sending letters especially in a rural area where extra details are rare. Throughout the order, I was updated on progress and shipping by their helpful staff in an amicable and friendly way. Overall a really positive experience to the point that I will order all replacement wax though this company in the future. I recommend this company to all of my friends who think my wax seal is neat and would recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing a wax seal or associated products.
