Our projects are always well taken care of. We have successful turnarounds for the most part. Follow-ups via e-mail and phone are always met with answers and helpful information. I am never made to feel bad about asking questions and going over procedures and timelines from project to project. Tammie Ollie & her team are very friendly and professional. It's a true pleasure working with ABC!

I would say that it would be helpful for my project organization if POs were separated out in e-mail threads. With such a large team there can be hiccups in the correspondence here and there. Also, my projects tend to get invoiced to my co-workers and we spend time forwarding mystery invoices to each other. We are a unique team where projects do not always overlap from designer to designer. So that is an area that could use attention for future orders.

All in all I am a happy customer and will without a doubt return to Tam (and Danielle, Janelle, Valda, Melissa, Michele and Sarah - girl power!) for all our printed bags for the NaturVet redesign.

The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is that we haven't used them with our heat seal machine yet, but the experience of ordering, quick shipping, and quality of the bag are all great!

These are fine and innovative pouches. Definitely the future of packaging.

I picked these bags because they were the least expensive. I was a little disappointed in the quality- they hold creases and get holes from sharp dried foods much more easily than Mylar of the same thickness but for the price they are reasonably good quality. You can expect higher quality to come with a higher price. In the end I was generally satisfied with them.

I will be placing a large order very soon. Amazing quality! Fast shipping!
