I was impressed with this company. Called for bags and samples and was then sent info about building your business through packaging. Has really sent me on a journey to reevaluate many things in today's world.

Being new at this I reached out to StandUpPouches.net regarding my product. after a few confusing emails on my part, I received a call. i love your pouches. i am glad i pick this company. I fill these pouches with roasted peanuts and some other Indian snacks and sell it to wedding people for favors. I had few peoples visited me last week and they show that on counter and i got some orders from them. i will be ordering them all the time.

My client is extremely satisfied with both custom-printed pouches and off-the-shelf foil bags. Delivery was quick and the custom print job was of superb quality!

Well, I requested samples and never received them, so I can't speak to the quality of the product, but it is pretty terrible customer service.

1/27/17 Update
Shannon reached out on 1/26 about my samples within hours of me writing this review, stating they have been shipped on 12/20 and did they have my address right. (No proof of shipment provided). Address is correct, but despite their claim that the sent samples, samples were never received. Also, I never received an order fulfillment notification the first time.

We will see if they follow through this time, but unfortunately this sort have start has me questioning whether I can trust them with my business.

Marilyn was very helpful, answered every single question I had and was very prompt. They gave me a selection of samples which was a huge help on deciding as quickly as possible. Good quality bags and excellent service!
