StandUpPouches.net Reviews

I have worked with the people of stand-up pouches.net for over 7 years now. They are the best company I have ever experienced in my career. The customer service and speed of delivery is exceptional. I recommend them to everyone.

I have a small business, we started working with StandUpPouches.net a year ago when we started our business. We first purchased off of their website, our goal was to purchase custom made pouches. We could not afford that at that time. Throughout the year Melissa touched base with me and offered different options. We held out until we could purchase custom pouches. When that time came, they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Melissa set up several conference calls with the General Manager, they did several test runs, sent several test packages before they did final production. I am very pleased with not only the customer service of this company, but the quality of the product that I received. Very happy customer.

Great company, great products and a great staff. Quick shipping and products arrived as described.

The team at ABC is helpful, kind and works well with tight timelines. I am extremely pleased with the pricing and quality of their product. The proofing process is fast and efficient. Shipping coordination is well laid out and explained for every order. Questions and quotes are met with answers and pricing in a timely manner. The follow-through is felt from every member of Tam's team and that is very much appreciated. We are in good hands with ABC and will continue working with them for our custom bags well into the future.

I found a perfect package for my product and liked how easy it was to order samples. They arrived quickly with all available sizes. I will be placing my order shortly.

StandUpPouches.net has helped us grow from a start up, to a full fledged business. They quickly became our trusted source for stand up pouches, after perfectly nailing the quality, look and feel that we were seeking. Our pouches are frequently mentioned to us by customers and fans as being unique. The pouch is your brand, where the customer meets the product. You have to make sure it is perfect. With StandUpPouches.net, they are perfect every time.

Pretty decent experience with standup pouches. I would however appreciate a bit more communication between operational teams to avoid time loss. The final product was/is fantastic. Expect the upper limit of production tolerance.

It's been refreshing to work with Melissa Yager because it takes a lot of the risk and questioning out of the entire process. Prior to working with Standuppouches, I couldn't ever depend on the reps with the other companies that I was trying to work with. Melissa and the others have been extremely helpful during this year-long process for our initial order. Since we're not veterans in this industry and since this was our first experience with a digitally-printed order, the task was daunting, but they virtually held our hands during the whole thing, and I now have a good place to refer all of my friends in the industry as they need packaging solutions of their own. It's literally one less thing I have to worry about in a world where there's always 100 things to juggle at a time!

The team at StandUpPouches has been very on it. I was honestly nervous about using an overseas manufacturer, but they have exceeded my expectations.

Had very little knowledge and a lot of questions. In one phone call was able to get the answers to my questions and then ask the additional questions that came up. Extremely comfortable with the direction things are going now. Very good experience and happy to have found a partner that can help me get it done!

Jennifer Schill was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of my custom pouches.
Thank you Jennifer and Stand up Pouches,
