Shoes not available when available online. No refund yet after a month . No response on emails either.

I bought a pair of St. Patrick’s Day, Nike Airmax 90s from staple mania/TEAMWEAR because they had the highest price in the website said they were made in Ireland – but when I got them they came from Hong Kong and the material is not Ginuwine leather but PLEATHER roebuck. So basically they are selling imitation fake knock off TRASH.

Do not buy from those ppl they are worst

They don't even deserve 1 star. Shipped wrong item, said I would get a refund, and crickets. I sent many emails and nothing.

Said item was in stock, after several days, got an email saying not in stock, how about these? Now fighting for a refund and getting NO replay.

Another one who got scammed. Ordered a jersey. I looked all over the website to make sure it wasn't some cheap Asian knockoff. After I ordered, it said it was coming from China.
Took a month to arrive, when the website said a couple weeks.
Arrived and absolute garbage.
Website states 30 day return policy. But once you try to return, it's actually 14 days. AND you have to pay the insane international shipping to send it back.
I'm screwed and out $80+

Just adding to this list of unfortunate folks who were scammed by this company. Terrible customer service when I tried to return an item that did not fit my son. I asked for their return policy when they refused to take the item back (after we complied with measuring and sending photos). They responded stating 14 days is the timeframe but their website states 30 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! I ordered a pair of Jordans for my son. Contacted them to return them because he couldn’t fit them. Mind you they were size 5 and he can wear size 5 in every other shoe. They asked for pictures of the sole beside a tape measure. Then wouldn’t email back for a couple days a couple times. Then they said it’s been over the 14 days and they can’t take the return. They are scammers and terrible people! I will contact the BBB. Not to mention it took a month to ship to me. I paid 165$ for shoes my son can’t even wear! Buyer beware!!!

Super long (2-month) shipping time. Package was seized by customs for “counterfeit merchandise” they re sent against my wishes after asking for a refund. Shoes are fake junk. Don’t get scammed. This are not real nikes and are extremely poor quality.

Failed to respond to emails. Product arrived a month after ordering. They refused to accept a return despite their horrible service.

There are also complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. I ordered a hockey jersey on Dec. 6 and the confirmation email was from China, not the address on the website. So I emailed requesting a cancellation and refund. I told them I considered their website a scam & a fraud. I got an email back assuring me they were legit but couldn't cancel or refund my order. I contacted my bank right after the supposed date of delivery to dispute the charges on my card. My bank credited the charges on my account.

I ordered a jersey from this company, then I canceled it within hours, they sent me an email stating it was canceled. That was back on 12/7/25. I have requested my refund three times. Have not received my refund yet as of 1/6/26.

It took 3 weeks for my purchase to ship. When the shoes finally arrived I saw immediately that they were not authentic. The quality overall is terrible, poor stitching, loose tags, etc. when contacted regarding a return and refund I was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund because it was outside of the return window. The website states you have 30 days upon delivery to return, and I was on day 20. DO NOT order from this company unless you want cheap crap and terrible customer service. It’s a scam

Why are such scam sites able to continue to rip people off so easily? Sooo disappointing to order a special gift for my grandson, only to be disappointed with NO PRODUCT! Shame on you!

Well i ordered a kansas city chiefs jersey on dec 10th, i messaged this company on the 17th and asked would the gift make it before christmas, i was emailed it takes 3 to 5 days for checking, and 8 to 12 for delivery, ive messaged them lastnight, and today still no response, this is a prime example why so many online businesses suffer, because of businesses like this, i will never ever again order from them, but the craziest part, is when i tried to go back to the site, it miraculously disappeared, either provide me a good quality product, or give back my money from a very angry customer

Complete scam. Ordered Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Fog sneakers and they sent a knockoff pair and charged 175 for them.

Accidentally ordered twice. Unable yo return item no response.

I ordered a customized hockey jersey on December 5. No warning that it would arrive after Christmas. Order was acknowledged but tracking number went nowhere. By December 24, I told them cancel order, the Christmas present was ruined. They wouldn't cancel it. It's December 27 and I just got a notification it's shipping from China. Bunch of money down the drain; I already replaced the gift for Christmas.
