Completley the wrong order arrived
Completley the wrong order arrived, order ref 126142782. I emailed service staples-online.co.uk and the email bounced. So I rang, and the person I spoke to said there had been a few mis-labelled deliveries.
I requested a refund, and was told to email csd staple-online.co.uk which I did , but this email also bounced.
So a complete waste of my money and time.

I placed an order on 24 March, had an email to confirm, payment was taken.
I then received a request to review the product on Trust Pilot on 13 April. Instead of writing a review, I contacted Staples' customer services team to inform them that I hadn't received the product... and not only haven't I received my product (it's now 20 April), but I also haven't received a reply to my email. So, unfortunately, I won't be using this company again - but still require a full refund or my product!

The cling film containers were broken…
The cling film containers were broken so I had to buy a special repaire kit to be able to use the cling film. It was an awful experience

Excellent Service
Unfortunately I received a faulty stapler. However after talking to Customer Service a replacement was sent out and arrived the following day. Excellent service

If I could give less than 1* I would. I ordered an otter box phone case from staples as it was around £5 cheaper with them. I ordered this on the 24th March. A few days later a massive parcel arrived from staples containing an industrial server cable......inside was my dispatch note with an otter box phone case order number which was also the wrong product code anyway and not what I ordered. I contacted them immediately, they said they could not refund me as it was a 3rd party of theirs that it comes from. I then had to chase up Staples to chase up the 3rd party who eventually sent out a returns package to send back the industrial cable. (They refused to refund me until it was returned) Once returned on the 7th April I still did not receive my refund. I chased them again on 13th April and they have finally issued a refund that will be with me in 3-5 working days, a whole 3 weeks after they sent me the wrong item.
I wouldn't recommend staples at all. Just buy whatever you want from Amazon like I did and got the right item delivered the next day.
I originally bought the product through Staples. NOT the third party. Therefore it's Staples responsibility. Quick to take money, don't want to give it back when their in the wrong.
Stay away people.
