1. **Misuse of Clause 10.7.4**
This clause applies exclusively to situations where a player uses multiple bonuses consecutively. I have used only one bonus on the platform. I have never used multiple bonuses in sequence on Starda or any affiliate site. Therefore, clause 10.7.4 does not apply to my account or my withdrawal request.
2. **Misuse of Clause 10.3**
Starda is citing clause 10.3 without identifying any specific action, timestamp, bet ID, or rule violation. I did not exceed maximum bet limits, did not mix bonus and real funds improperly, and completed all wagering requirements. The casino has not provided any evidence of a breach.
3. **Unlawful Forced Deposit Requirement**
Starda is demanding that I deposit additional funds and wager them 3× before they will release my existing balance. This requirement does not appear anywhere in the Terms and Conditions and constitutes an unlawful alteration of wagering conditions after the fact. This is a direct violation of Curaçao’s regulatory expectations regarding fairness and transparency.
4. **Failure to Provide Clear Justification**
I contacted live support and email administration multiple times. Live chat repeatedly redirected me to email support, and email support continues to insist on a forced deposit and wagering requirement without providing any regulatory justification or evidence of a terms violation.
I respectfully request that the Curaçao Gaming Authority review this matter and require Starda Casino to:
• Remove the incorrect 3× wagering requirement
• Process my withdrawal without further obstruction
• Provide a clear explanation for the invocation of clauses 10.3 and 10.7.4, including evidence, timestamps, and specific actions (if any)

No evidence or explanation was provided. They told me that game was labeled as “suspicious.”The only “suspicion” seems to be that the bets should have been settled as Won, so instead they refused to pay the winnings.
There was no prior communication — no email, no notification, nothing at all.
They simply canceled the winnings without justification. Imagine what could happen if you placed higher bets.
