Customer service and support was brilliant.

Very happy with the service. Nima is doing a great job in customer service.

The address they set you up with is absolutely useless. Couldn't get a resellers permit and couldn't get a bank account associated with the business. Tried at 4 established banks and they all said not a chance. They do not accept virtual office addresses. Startfleets website specifically states you can 'operate your business just like a local'...completely false statement. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more money with a better company that will actually set you up properly.

You are outright lying in your response.
At first you said the issue was because I had to go in person. When I explained I was trying to book in person visits (as I live in Toronto), then you changed story. I can easily cross the border to visit the US. It would not have made a difference. The address is useless.
This is literally what you emailed me:
"but you need to fix the address issue first. Most of them would like to see a physical address rather than a registered agent address.
Which brings me to my next question. Do you have a friend in the US who can lend you his/her address?"
Your own email to me shows you are outright lying in your response and actually told me I needed to change the address.

Further, Wyoming does not at all require this. Another flat out lie. They will not accept an address that is the same as registered agent address. That was the issue.

You are the professionals that are relied on. Perhaps you could be more honest and upfront on your website. Not wait till people pay money, THEN start explaining the things they need to change and upgrade because what you have provided is inadequate.

I chose the Startup plan, and each point was accomplished. The process itself is sequential – you always understand what, when, and how is going to happen.
I got my company registered within 24 hours. I got my EIN within 10 days as I was promised. I got my bank account after the previous two steps were fulfilled although opening a bank account was quite complicated due to certain conditions. Despite this fact, the StartFleet support team stayed with me at each stage until it was done.
And be sure you'll never be left on read. The support team is in touch even at weekends.

I made the unfortunate decision to entrust Doola with setting up my company, and boy, was it a mistake! They charged me a whopping $300 to obtain an EIN, which was supposed to be filed by a CAA. However, the SS-4 form was a mess with heaps of errors, and the so-called CAA was nowhere in the IRS database. I was absolutely bummed out as I had established a company on the other side of the planet, and I was left to deal with this all alone.

As I was browsing the internet, I stumbled upon StartFleet and saw they had fantastic reviews. I decided to give them a shot at obtaining my EIN number. They promised to deliver the number within 10-12 business days, but guess what? They didn't keep their promise! Instead, they worked their magic and got it to me in just 4 days! I live in Europe and I needed a company and a bank account in the US for my Ecommerce activity. As a non US resident I couldn't do it myself. We need a registered agent.
I choose Startfleet to do this and all the steps have been done smoothly.
The company has been created few hours after the payment!
The last step is the creation of the bank account which is sensitive. Fortunately, Nima told me the information to be approved.

I choosed StartFleet to register my LLC in Wyoming. The company was formed really quick - within 24 hours. The next step was the EIN application. I received an email to fill out the SS-4 form online. Also the team was assisting and answering every question during the filling process. The EIN application was formed on Jan 23rd 2023, on Feb. 17th I received an update from StartFleet which stated that "There is no EIN assigned to your LLC which is strange because EIN applications from Jan 30 have been assigned. The IRS agents advised me to resubmit your EIN application and I did that earlier today. It looks like IRS might have rejected your application or maybe they missed your application which is possible". As of March 4th, I'm still waiting and hoping that IRS will assign an EIN as soon as it will be possible. Also I need to mention that I received special perks from StartFleet.
I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 for the quick and convenient service, I will edit my review and will add another star when we'll finish with the EIN and bank account.

9th of March, 2023 - I’m editing my review as promised. I got the EIN on the 7th of March. Also received some advices from StartFleet regarding the process of application for a bank account. My bank account is already active. Thanks a lot for your support StartFleet.

I had a great experience with StartFleet.io and would highly recommend them. I am a US non-resident and StartFleet helped me set up an LLC and bank accounts completely remotely. They were helpful, informative, and fast at responding to my questions. If they didn't know the answer, they made the effort to find out. The only constructive feedback I would provide is that I was not informed in advance of obtaining my LLC's EIN (which is required to open a bank account), that I would also need a website for my LLC in order to open a bank account. If I was informed in advance, I could have had this ready but it then took me another few days to set up the website, which delayed the opening of the bank account and meant I had to make alternative billing arrangements for one month. This was a minor inconvenience though and I still would rate them 5 stars.

I can wholeheartedly endorse StartFleet for their exceptional service in helping me set up my non-resident LLC in the US. Their knowledge, availability and level of customer service go truly above and beyond!

Availability is the keyword here. With a lot of knowledge and incredible customer service, they will go above and beyond to help set up your non-resident company in the US. You can reach them whenever there's uncertainty, and they will help. They guided me through opening the company in record time, opening bank accounts, and even after six months, are still very attentive in all contacts. Joe Thong is golden. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Good communication, very clear explanation of how to proceed, depending on my non-resident founder situation.
