I emailed the Teams regarding my books/tax return a number of times and got no response to my question despite paying a fee for a service that was not properly explained to me.

Do not open any business with START GLOBAL!

I'll get straight to the point. It's a scam. They will keep charging extra fees at every turn, and when you ask to close the LLC, they will call you every month saying that you need to pay a new fee for the closure, even if you have already paid the closing fee. And the following year, they will call you saying that you need to close the company with the IRS, once again asking for a fee. And even if you pay again, they will call claiming the same thing. In other words, pure SCAM. STAY AWAY!

The finance and tax advice I got recently was really helpful. Most of all, I'm doing my business without worry since Start global takes care of the legal issues. I'm rest assured that I'm not making a mistake nor left helpless of not knowing the legal issues that affect my business since Start Global takes care of those.

The job they advertise is done - for now they did a good job, but I think they lack other services related to the topic.

Service was very well fulfilled, but when I asked questions slightly off-topic, they had hard time answering.

Scheduled a call with them. They never showed up. I had to leave office early to make it to the call and they only ended up wasting my time. It's 18 minutes already into the meeting and I am the only one in there. So, I suppose I should leave now.

So, please all be careful. It's not difficult to rate yourself 4.8 stars all by your own now-a-days.

PS. I was contacted for a second call after the first meeting fail, and surprisingly they did not show up again.

After watching their YouTube videos while researching how to form an LLC in the US, I decided to take a chance and form my LLC through StartGlobal. Once my application was completed and submitted, I only had to wait a day or less before I received a certificate of incorporation! I was most pleased and impressed with the StartGlobal team's efficiency and professionalism in delivery.

Now, the wait was for the EIN. Due to the IRS's ongoing shutdown, there were delays in some of the IRS services so I had to wait a little bit longer for the Tax ID. Upon inquiry, the StartGlobal Support was absolutely forthcoming and transparent, and I really appreciate that about them. Many thanks to Dee who was attending to me.

At the end of it all, I took a good chance that turned out to be a success by choosing to form my LLC with StartGlobal!

Since the first moment I have registered with them to initiate my startup company in the US, and they took direct actions with the required steps.
