Superb customer service
I found Willow through an Instagram ad and gave it a shot. I only had 10 lbs to lose, and since they pitched the medicine as helpful for those who need to lose a little weight like me I thought it would be a good fit. I decided to go with the pill form rather than the injections (needles freak me out) and got started at the beginning dose for a month. I felt no reduction in hunger and lost zero pounds, despite being very careful about what I ate and working out and walking 5 miles daily. Willow upped my dosage for month 2 and still, no change in hunger and no weight loss. It seemed like I was starting to shed hair, which I caught early on and read up that it is a side effect for some people. That's when I decided to close my Willow account and double down on doing it the tried & true method - burning calories and eating less. I give Willow's customer service 5 stars because they were super responsive to any communication I sent through their portal; the doctor would respond almost immediately. Willow hosted live 'ask me anything' zoom meetings with the doctor, which were very engaging and helpful. (I attended 2 meetings) When I closed my account it was quick and easy, and I immediately received an email that it was closed and my payment information had been deleted. I would definitely recommend Willow because if your body does good with the medicine, you'll be very happy!

Life saver
So far, I have lost 34 pounds in almost 7 months and I recommend this company to everyone who asks how I’ve done it, I use the injections.they have a staff that stays in contact with you and is constantly checking up on your progress, their customer service is phenomenal, and I’ve gotten to watch family members have success with the product as well. For the first time in years, I like the reflection, I see in the mirror, I can run up the stairs, and I’m not exhausted from doing simple tasks. So thankful to this company, for giving me my life back.
