Qualitative, minimalistic sofa bed
The design is simple, minimalistic, classic. The sofa bed is very good quality. We have guests sleeping on it who said is very comfortable. Delivery and installation prompt, very careful. We are content with the purchase.

Worth every £. This sofa is exactly what I needed, so simple to make up, incredibly comfortable for both sitting in and sleeping on and looks fabulous too! The service was fabulous both from StayInBed and the delivery company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely pleased with my Stay In Bed French Rose Velvet 3-Seater Spencer Sofa and the overall purchasing experience. Customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. Responses were prompt during business hours, and the team was helpful and effective from before I placed my order right through to after delivery. The lead time was exactly as promised. I placed my order on 30 March and received the sofa on 28 May, well within the stated 9-week lead time. The delivery team was professional and efficient. The sofa arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged. After unpacking, they removed all the plastic wrapping and packaging materials, leaving the area clean and tidy. I also appreciated that they asked to wash their hands after handling the packaging before installing the sofa, showing great attention to cleanliness and care. The one-touch opening mechanism is a standout feature. The gas-assisted system makes converting the sofa into a bed effortless, without requiring much strength. The French Rose velvet fabric is gorgeous and adds an elegant, luxurious feel to my living room. The deep pocket-sprung mattress is supportive and comfortable whether sitting or sleeping. I can barely feel any gaps between the sections, although a mattress topper would make it even more comfortable for overnight use. Overall, a beautiful, practical, and comfortable sofa bed, backed by excellent customer service and a professional delivery team. Highly recommended

My experience was good from the start! Free samples sent with so many colours to choose from. Delivery and set up was trouble free and the corner sofa I ordered is solid and great quality 10 out of 10!!

Super sofa bed
Bought for guests who say it is very comfortable. I use as a sofa and its extremely comfortable. Easy to put up as a bed xx delivery guys were great and assembled the sofa bed. Great buy would highly recommend

I did a lot of research about sofa beds before purchasing and I'm really pleased with my purchase from Stay in Bed. Ordering and delivery was very smooth. It's very comfortable and supportive as a sofa, and the bed option looks great, although we haven't had a chance to test it yet. It's of very good quality, and hoping that it lasts as long as our old one (20years+). There's also a great option to split payments across a few months, with no interest.

As sofa beds go, I imagine this is a good quality one, particularly if you don't have cats.

I was taken in a bit by social media commentary that you could 'have it all' - a sofa bed that is both a great sofa and decent bed. In hindsight, it was my fault for believing this was possible. I feel like I paid >£2x the IKEA Vimle it replaced and got a less comfy, less robust sofa for it that serves as a good bed for the 3-4 occassions a year I have guests. If you genuinely need a sofa bed, don't let this review put you off. If like me you'd like the best of both worlds, I think that product doesn't exist. It is a good sofa - it is not a great one.

It also, within a couple of days, has evidence all over it of my cat's claws catchign the fabric from their stretching (they don't actively use it as a scratch post thank god, but it's already clear this fabric isn't going to last well).

Perfect sofabed.
Our Oscar sofabed is exactly what we wanted. Soft velvet in beige colour, king-size bed, so comfortable, lots of storage, all put together by the team and packaging removed. Perfect!

We love our Hugo cinema sofa/bed. It's both sturdy/well built AND super-comfy, it's the new go-to place for all our family to pile on and watch the TV. We were also impressed with the service - we had a few sizing and fabric sample queries pre-purchase which were answered promptly and fully and then we were kept up to date after ordering with delivery progress.

Really easy to order and once it was getting closer to the week I was due delivery they kept me informed of what sort of date I could expect delivery. The delivery company they use are also great and the guys who assembled it were lovely and did a great and quick job.

My husband and I recently purchased this bed for our daughter and son in law who had moved into a new home. My husband is 6-5 and regular sofabeds won’t accompany his frame. We did a lot of online research but could not lie on the bed to test it out. Based on stellar reviews and many sizes available, we decided on Stay in Bed. We have not yet slept on the bed but here’s a text I received from the first person who slept on it:

" Tell Ted that we loved his bed! That is the most comfortable foldaway bed that I’ve ever slept on, might have to get one for our new house!”

We can’t wait to experience it ourselves!

Sofa is firm to sit on but comfy & converting into a bed is quick,smooth & easy…plus additional storage area to pop cushions in or bedding. Our son has slept on it for the past couple of weeks & finds it spacious & comfortable…. It’s a good size dbl! I added a topper for extra softness. After a lot of research into sofabeds we are very happy with our purchase.

I was reluctant to order a sofa without sitting on it first but I'm really pleased we did, it's a lovely sofa and great quality. The customer service was excellent too

Great sofa and bed in one
I have a chronic illness and this sofa bed enables me to be in the lounge but also in bed when I need to be. Sooo comfortable, gorgeous colour - olive velvet- and looks really smart in the lounge.

I spent a long time trying to find the right sofa bed and I am so pleased that I found this company. The sofa is used daily by myself, my husband and our dog. It is firm but very comfortable as a sofa and our guests over the Christmas period, were very happy with the bed. The fabric just wipes clean and it is easy to convert from bed to sofa. The storage is an added bonus for keeping the bedding when not in use. It’s not the cheapest option on the market but the quality is fantastic and I’m confident it will last a long time.

My experience was great from ordering my single sofa bed from the samples I received and ringing to query if it was possible to deliver to the second floor with no lift staff very helpful My chair is very comfortable and easy to convert to a bed lovely material would definitely reccomend Stay in Bed

I spent a lot of time researching the perfect sofa bed. Not wanting the traditional mattress type one. This one is perfect, really easy to change from sofa to bed and so comfortable. Really great storage underneath as well - more than I expect. It's always a risk buying something on line, but I have definitely not been disappointed. Great customer service too!
