Awful company. They lie about how much they will make you. Hidden fees for cleaning. Charged for work that wasnt even needed. Let rubbish build up and charged cleaning fees then extra for the rubbish they left ..... avoid at all costs. I think the company is going under as its a shambles ..

When we arrived at the accommodation, everything was dirty and not properly cleaned. The overall service was terrible, and the staff were not helpful. The room did not match our expectations at all. For the price we paid (£200), the accommodation was extremely disappointing and not worth the money. The cleanliness standards were very poor, making our stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not stay here again.

The most stressful and unprofessional working relationship I’ve had in my life.

They let rubbish build up in my back yard so that neighbours and the council complained to me.

I had a boiler leak which they didn’t report to me so boiler was on full and my bills were £400 per month for a couple of months until I addressed the issue and had to replace the boiler.

They told me one of my radiators was broken and installed an electric heater next to it, which looks bizarre. When I got the boiler fixed the engineer told me the original one was working fine.

They would ignore questions and requests unless I was pretty angry about a situation.

I had another leak from my bath that I am sure they would have charged excessively for the diagnosis and resolve. I got my plumber in and it was a very simple gap between taps. They then told me the issue wasn’t fixed but it was.

I believe they don’t actually send anyone around to your house.

They charged me for all these issues on top of all their other fees. They did reimburse but then kept repeating these mistakes, so I do not believe they took my complaints seriously.

Income was considerably less than their projections after asking me to spend £16,000 on renovations and furnishings to get the house ready for Airbnb to one of their partner companies. I complained and the next month the income went up (so I believe they placed more people in my home, since they work in conjunction with mypropertybox) but the next month it dropped back down to breaking even. I do not believe I would have made back this 16k with Stay With Us.

After firing the company they left my house in a state, I paid for cleaning but it was not done. They left me without sheets and towels without any communication about the matter. I’m having to get someone in to redo it. I have been chasing them but no reply.

Basically they just want your money but they will not manage the house properly once up and running and you’ll suffer the issues of their neglect. If you complain it will not get better.

Consider this your warning.

Dean Street, Hexham, Northumberland The quality of the beds mattresses were appalling. So cheap, thin with no support at all, very poor quality. The sofa cushions were also very thin and not comfortable. The rear patio area was full of large weeds, filthy garden chairs unfit for use. The step down from the house into the patio was huge, unsafe for use. Adults would have to stoop their head to get to the bottom of the stairs, with no sign alerting users of this. Potentially very dangerous. Company not interested.

Never book with this company. honestly, the worst experience ever , they double booked us. Arrived, and someone was sleeping in the apartment, so we had nowhere to go after driving over 3 hours to Newcastle and had to sleep in the car. Then, they had the cheek to ask us for proof like they couldn't check their own systems and see for themselves. If you love a mess then this is the perfect company for you

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb (Stay With us Team) and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The house was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together.

Our kids absolutely loved the space and had a great time playing all around the house, which made the experience even more special for us as a family. Every member of our group felt comfortable and at ease, just like being in our own home.

The flexible cancellation policy was also a great advantage. The option to cancel even one day before with a full refund is something not many hosts offer. It really shows the host’s confidence in their property and their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Everything was well-organized, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for such a fantastic experience, we would highly recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back again!

Ryan and his team was absolutely amazing, Rochelle was always active to help and many more people, I enjoyed the stay and this place was overall a 10/10, will be back soon.

Good location not that far from the city centre, Easy self check in, Free street parking, Clean and felt very homely. Stayed for 3 nights and would 100% stay again, 10/10.

We spent a long weekend in a house on Beach Road, South Shields for a family get together and birthday celebration. The location was excellent. Plenty of parking. An easy walk to the Metro and to the lovely beach and beachside bars and cafes.
The house was spacious with 6 good bedrooms, large lounge and separate dining room. The property was carpeted throughout, nicely furnished and well decorated. It was well heated and there was a constant supply of hot water. There was nothing to dislike, although we did suggest that a 3rd sofa in the lounge would have been lovely!

I booked a room to be told I couldn't check in until at least 4pm , at which point I attended the property only to find I was struggling for over an hour to access the lock box with the key in . I contacted your team to be told there's no one on site until at least 7pm at which point security would be there. I missed important events due to this!! When i finally gained access the apartment had not been cleaned correctly food in the fridge , floors that needed cleaning , dirty vapes in drawers . I have tried to complain & was basically told that I was lying

Booked and paid for this pet friendly house in Sunderland for a very important family event. 2 days before arriving we received an email saying this company had cancelled our booking, no warning, just an email. Tried to speak to airbnb customer support and was offered a property in London !!! Obviously geography not being a strong suit! Absolutely fuming, so now trying to find somewhere very last minute, within our budget that is pet friendly ( the reason we booked this property) We are half way up the country, having already travelled to visit a friend and we are absolutely stuck! NEVER AGAIN

The photos of the property on the website made the rooms seem bigger and better than reality.
The bathroom was small, there was not enough seating in the lounge, the kitchen had little counter space, it was not well equipped, there was no wheelie bin for the house, the doors didn't fit properly, parking was difficult, the street was littered and noisy.
We cut our stay short.
Stay with us were not very responsive when we raised concerns.

Washing machine broke.
No hoover.
Bedroom windows locked, keys missing.

Reported issues.

Response was to send an engineer out to fix the machine but that never happened.

I told them I will take my clothes to the laundrette, send the invoice to pay at the end.
They agreed but keep avoiding to pay and responding to my emails.

I’ve given them 7 days to pay invoice.

Update here after 7 days.
