Steambow Inc. Reviews

Everything was perfect dealing with your company the tracking was on point the delivery from Fed ex was right on time the bow and the accessories all in tact I look forward to dealing with steambow again!!!! Brian M

Amazon (Steambow Store) listed item for $50 less than their website but when I went to place the order, sold out. When I made them aware of the price difference, their response "Unfortunately amazon is currently a bit of a problem with them stocking the products timely so it happens from time to time that it goes out of stock which is when you cannot find it on there anymore." Nothing about matching their listed price on Amazon. I ordered anyway ($449.99 & a bunch of other stuff) then after placing the order, I kept getting a message stating, "buy now and save 30%, then every time afterwards, it stated save 20%, their response (also sent them screen prints), "Sorry this must have been a glitch. We do not run such promotions. Apologies for the confusion." Again, no offer to match or do anything other than thanking me for making them aware of the glitch. Still a cool item but beware of price. Shop (some resellers list it for less) and review their return/cancellation policy just in case you think "why didn't he just return the item" maybe because of their 15% restocking fee? But as I said earlier, pretty cool item.

Shipping was a nightmare. This is more of a UPS problem, but Steambow is ultimately accountable for ensuring I receive my order. It was generally slow, and then by the time I received my expected delivery date, I was headed out of town, and was unable to change the date or the deliver address. By the time I returned home they had tried to deliver it to me 3 times and said it would be shipped back to the seller.

Using UPS as a shipper is a very bad idea.never on Time, have already reschedule my delivery 3 time...worst delivery service possible.Use Purolator instead.

Very well! I encountered an unusual problem, and it was resolved to my satisfaction very quickly.

truely great experience and customer service

I love your product and it's very easy to use And very easy to put together

Steambow specifically Lucas did everything possible to make my purchasing experience fantastic unfortunately UPS fell down big time on delivery and compromised my purchase .thank-you Lucas

A piece of my product broke and they shipped me a new piece thank you so much

I have been having a great experience with Steambow so far. I love my M10, and they deliver their products to their customers address pretty fast. I always check back on their website occasionally to see what's new. So are I am not disappointed with the product or their services. And not too long ago I ordered a couple extra strings for both my 75 pound Advanced limb, and my 120 Magnum limb, along with the new Red Dot sight they released recently and a set of 30 heavy grade steel Bodkin tipped crossbow bolts. I highly recommend Steambow to anyone that is new to the sport of crossbow shooting. Whether it's home defense, for sport, or for hunting. These cool little repeating crossbows have a lot to offer that make them extremely useful. And just today I gave my friend the gift of a AR-6 Stinger II compact crossbow pistol. So far he really likes it, and is extremely stoked to have it. I let him have a good at the heavy target to get a feel for the weapon, as well as let him fire my M10 for comparison. It was fun, and I'm glad he's now apart of the Steambow family as well. Hopefully him and I can go hunting someday at the local game reserve/hunting club. These crossbows would definitely be enough to do the job.

Very good fast and hassle free

Good price fast shipping

would have been five star but you took soooo long getting my order out , otherwise very happy

Aluminum tips are well made. Unfortunately they are too small for my bow. Going to try on a different one as soon as I can.

Very pricey, but very nice, could probably get 2-3 glocks for the price i paid for this 10shot crossbow(with extra accessories), but this crossbow is very stealthy and quiet. Very happy with my purchase youre not gonna get anything else like it anywhere else, 10 shots, this is brutal medieval stuff lol, imagine getting with this crossbow, it was be super agonizing lol and then get banged up with 9 more shots back to back lol

The fact that your products are very good quality and easy to use.

Great product, great customer service
