Magazine needs fixing! Bolts are not secure when loading and unloading Bolts. Too many accessory items out of stock! Accessories are too expensive.

Love everything about your products. Just received my new Red/Green Sight for my AR6 and awesome!

After purchasing from the Steambow website, I discovered a couple of things were missing. When I tried to modify my order, I was shocked to find no such option. There was no way to cancel or edit—nothing. The only options available were a contact form and an email address. Naturally, I wrote to them right away. After two days with no response, I called the provided number, but of course, no one answered. I left a voicemail with all the information they might need. Again, no response. After an entire week, I received an email apologizing for the late reply and offering a free shipping coupon for my next purchase. I thought that was the end of the story, but then I discovered that my AR-6 compact lower needed to be cut open to use the AR-Series QD Limb Block included in my order. There was no warning or information to indicate this. I could have chosen the M10 for the open-frame lower instead. Overall, I’m very disappointed!

I ordered a foregrip and I did not receive the screws that hold it to the rail. The nuts were there but not the screws. I have reached out to see if they could send me some but no reply. Now I have a foregrip I can’t use.

Always wanted a crossbow and because of arthritis it wasn't in the cards until now. The packaging was impressive, the quality of the bow is exceptional, and shooting the one my son had made up my mind to get my own!

On your site have indicated two 000712AR séries M10 I received only 1🙁

I love the compact stinger, but decided to convert it to tactical. Product is great! However,
1) I was annoyed by the fact the number listed in the email didn't put me in contact with a person.
2) I haven't had time to utilize what I purchased, yet I keep getting emails for a review
3) I don't like being pressured!

Received everything on time, great little M10, very accurate and functional. Customer support responded within a couple days but was a positive experience. Would have given 5 star if support responded sooner, but overall great product.

Easy to use and maintain my M10. With almost 200 bolts in my ammo cache, I’ve outfitted mine with a scope, red dot, laser/light, bipod and mounted 3 quivers for maximum use. I’m just waiting for the pump action hardware to be available and my STEAMBOW M10 will be complete! Thank you!!!

I give Steambow 10 stars if there were 10, so five stars is putting it lightly to the INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received. I had many questions about the arrow sizes to use, the weights, and some limb power questions for different events on my cross bow order. Lucas responded to me each time, with lengthily, in-depth, detailed information on all my questions. I have never ever received such service and quality character from a company like this. I was extremely impressed and assured of everything going along the way in my purchase with accessories.
I would highly recommend this company which stands behind its products and backs it with warranties and assurances. Before this,I previously contacted a company called Gogun for some questions about considerations of a purchase and wanted to know more about some products they had. They briefly responded to me and then I never heard from Gogun again. They were no where to be found and had a horrible attitude and only wanted to push sales but not respond to questions or inquiries about their products I was interested in.They went mute on me. Steambow is the GOLD STAR company for service, credibility, quality and products. You cant go wrong with them.
