NO NO NO NO NO!
NO customer service, unable to contact the company, website is NOlonger available, no phone number to contact.
There is NO returns policy or refunds.
Top is poor quality, stick to Toffs or Scoredraw,
Bought it through their Facebook page, which is NO longer available.

Jersey took just over 3 weeks to arrive. Jersey looks great. Minor marks on collar but other than that I love it. Will use again and would recommend 👌

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Having the same problems as a lot of other people by the looks of things. Ordered a Jersey on the 2nd of March. Emailed them quite a few times to find out progress of the order as the tracking system they sent me was in Chinese and have had no response. Finally got another tracking system in English for it to say that delivery has been confirmed. I haven't received my product. Again sending email after email with no reply and now the website is down. Definitely seems like a massive scam to me and to say I'm annoyed about it is an understatement. Wouldn't recommend them whatsoever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Fake, poor quality shirts. Claim they’re happy to refund within 30 days but won’t. Had to go through my bank and the chargeback process to get my money back. AVOID if you don’t want to be ripped off!

Help! Why is the website not working? I placed an order on Saturday 20th and did not receive email confirmation. Money has been taken out of my account labelled as “online payment.” I am going to have to call the bank and label it as fraud of some kind.

Great service great product would 100% recommend

A friend of mine recommended Stellarkits after he ordered a United shirt. I order 4 shirts which all came on time. The quality was good, even if the sleeves and neck are a little small. And yes I ordered a size up from normal! So I was totally confident in ordering a Liverpool shirt for my brother-in-law for his birthday in December.

That is when the problems started!

It never arrived and I was told by Stellarkits it had. They then said they would send out another. That never arrived. They then sent me a series of tracking links, some Chinese and some from Royal Mail. All of which didn't work. After countless email they replied and said

"I'm so sorry about this. I can see a replacement should have been put through but this wasn't done. I've put one through now and refunded 50% of this order for you. Thanks, Catherine"

Well, guess what........ its still not arrived a month after this email, and no refund.

I would suggest that for every review you read where someone has had a good experience there will be ten who have been ripped off.

Absolutley disgusted with the lack of contact I have sent over 8 messages and they have been delivered and nobody is responding
customer service is appauling

Not sure why there is any bad feedback, I ordered two Manchester utd retro shirts with personalised player name and number, yeah it took a little while to arrive but I'm over the moon with my shirts, perfect retro replicas, I totally recommend Stellakits and before you assume, no I don't work for Stellakits, I'm an ordinary satisfied customer, all I can say is when you order, just be a little patient

Been waiting a month and my shirt hasn’t arrived. No response to emails when chased. Absolutely appalling service.

Biggest SCAM I have ever come across!! NO email confirmation sent after purchase and no contact number to get in touch for an update. NO reply to any emails I have sent either! I ordered my kit 4 weeks ago which was for a birthday present. TERRIBLE service never order from these guys!!!

Load of rubbish don’t buy from them poor quality It was so bad I never wore it once never answer to emails so don’t wast time took over 7 weeks to come

Very disappointed as I ordered a Large took between 2-3weeks which is no problem, quality of shirt is great only problem being its too big. I've checked on website, I've sent 2 emails and a message on Instagram and not 1 reply. Problem being there is no address to send the shirt back to for exchange other then an Address in Belgium which was on the outside of the package

Not impressed. I'm in Perth, Western Australia. Placed an order on the 31st of December, Tracking link is in Chinese so cant check its whereabouts (if sent at all!)

Similar to all of the previous remarks, I have had no response to any update requests. I understand extended shipping times given the current situation globally.

The Stellar kits twitter handle is now obsolete or has that been the case for a while?

Ordered a shirt, received confirmation email and then nothing. Haven't received my order and won't respond to my emails. No contact number on the website :( Absolute scam

My son ordered a shirt it came it was too small sent it back recorded delivery and to be signed for, it’s now over 2 weeks and there is no refund or response to 3 emails I’ve sent, I’m now taking action through my bank and post office to see if we can be refunded for the purchase.

Ordered and charged on Jan 17th, got an email to confirm my order. No shipping or tracking info/confirmation sent and no replies to my email queries. Jersey arrived on 11th Feb so a solid 3 weeks later. I am in Ireland so obviously shipping is delayed atm and understandable... but it was frustrating that they have no customer service in place to respond to email. Even if an email had been sent with confirmation to say item had been shipped and to expect delays. For a while I thought I had been scammed. Jersey is great quality and I love it but do not order if you are in a hurry.

They reply to message and queries up until you place an order. Got the top in a few weeks, ordered an xs and was sent small that was ok kept it for my son anyway. Washed it after it was worn once, filled wash label! All the red parts of the top ran into the white parts, pink collar and badge. Rubbish quality and obviously same problem as everyone else they don’t answer!

It's as if theyre writing their own 5 star reviews because im having the same problem as the majority of the bad ones. Not replied to emails as i ordered the wrong top and was looking to get a refund. Dont buy from them and make the same mistake as me and many others have.
