Working at Stelly was just as bad as shopping there—completely unprofessional on every level. The clothing quality is terrible, and their so-called return policy is borderline illegal. From what I experienced as an employee, I wouldn’t take their clothes even for free. The company prioritises profit over both staff and customers. Avoid them at all costs—I wouldn’t work or buy there again under any circumstances.
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an express order over a week ago and it has not even shipped! Wrote to customer service and they literally don’t get back to you. They also delete comments off their social media pages.

Purchased a dress size 12 that was more like a 16!! I had to pay for the return. I received a voucher for my amount. I’ve been looking on site and they have nothing in my size! Everything is out-of-stock. I’ve contacted them for a refund to my bank account. I have had no response. I thought I would order some items and just sell. Order over $100 and was not given free delivery like it states in policy. Sent an email with a screenshot. No reply! Really disappointing.
Don't ignore all the reviews!!!!
I have contacted Stelly support over and over again however, they never seem to get back to me. I ignored all the reviews thinking I might be able to order a dress with no problem. Don't do what I did unless you are willing to lose 89 dollars. Outrageous. I feel like the support page is just an empty void where your complaints aren't going anywhere. In the end, I paid for a dress I never got after waiting a LOT more than 2-3 business days.
I received a faulty product
I received a faulty product. Customer service is poor takes days to respond to an email & over a month for a return to be processed, was reimbursed $22 when i paid $35. They made me pay return postage costs.
Recieved a dress with a pull in it
Recieved a dress with a pull in it. Then they said to return it at my own shipping cost and they will reimburse me.
They then issued me a credit for only $63 which is $26 less than I purchased the dress for and no shipping reimbursement. I could only accept a refund for this faulty item due to it being for a wedding and they could not give me the same dress as it was sold out. Now they don’t reply to me. I will be taking it further. It has now been two months since I ordered the dress.

Appalling Customer Service
I received a skirt with a burn mark on it and when I contacted customer service about it they basically called me a liar and then ghosted me. I will not be repurchasing from this company again after being a customer of 9 years.

Very disappointed in the customer service and product i recieved. I sent my item back for a refund only to be issued a store credit and told I wasn’t getting a refund- so I declined the credit and asked for my product back so I can sell it to a friend now Stelly has my money and my item and refuse to give me either until I pay another fee. Disgusted

Don't buy anything from this company they are a scam company take your money and no product, it went from $1.00 and they took $99.00 I want my damn money back ASAP!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Do not ever buy something on this site… it’s a fraud.
I ordered two dresses on August and after the payment they asked me personal information such as ID or credit cart.
They also told me later I had to pay customs taxes.
I will never receive back my money or my dresses!!!

The worst online business i have ever dealt with. My daughter bought a dress that should have fitted according to their size chart however was way too small. I contacted them for a full refund and they refused to only give a credit note despite not having a larger size . I have reported them to the ACCC / Consumer Affairs.
A complete rip off
I ordered 4 bras, only 2 arrived. A complete rip off. only the cups could be recognised as anything to do with a bra. The sides, straps and back is made from nylon stretch material. No support what so ever. No success in contacting company. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. £80 down the drain. Avoid this company like the plague.

Extremely bad experience, don't order here. I ordered and the item was too big so wanted to return. I wrote an email 3x to the customer support, and they replied each time with not answering my questions, seemed like bad English and avoiding to make it possible for me to return the item. They did not send the return label, despite promoting easy returns.

Ordered and it took ages and then due to complications with the import tax on royal mails end it ended up being sent back to them. Although the package was sent back they refuse to refund me and state they haven't received it despite it being 6 months ago. The whole experience the customer service was terrible and I am still down £150 with nothing to show for it. I do not trust that they haven't completely scammed me of my return as through the royal mail automatic send back I have no way of tracking if my order did return

Awful quality! My dress completely ripped in half while I was out. Service is also horrible. Don’t waste your money and trouble here, there are plenty of other boutiques out there that have better quality and service. Disappointed.
Ordered maternity clothes only to get…
Ordered maternity clothes only to get regular sizes. Nothing I ordered has room for a belly. I am a petite person who carries baby all out front and haven’t really gained weight anywhere else and I couldn’t get the overalls or pants over my belly.
Dodgy refund policy
Dodgy refund policy. Have to get store credit and when using it, it can't go towards shipping so you have to pay shipping.
Trash return policy and below average quality
I have ordered 4 different dresses of which they were all too small. I have always been a size 8 every other clothing brand and somehow they were all way too small. Given how expensive their dresses are the quality is below average. When I approached them to return it I was told that they do not accept return of sale items even though they advertise "easy returns" all over their website. Given that the items are sold over the internet and no one can actually try them on before purchase and they sell non standard sizes it is just unacceptable to deny returns. It is disappointing when a company puts their sales ahead of their customers' interest and prefers to waste material and their customer's money just to make a sale.
Now I am left with clothes that I cannot wear and my money wasted. I will not be making any purchase from this brand and will make sure all my friends and family are aware. Such a shame.
46 days later and order still hasn't arrived
