I had a similar fraudulent experience with the restocking fee of 25% as the product doesnot meet professional standards for lung auscultation as a Pulmonologist! BE AWARE, filed an FTS against company and care taker Dorathy! I strongly advise to also read Amazon reviews and the item has been removed from Amazon.

Great teaching tool.

I use it demonstrate how simple interventions, like small pelvic tilt motions of the patient, or parasympathetic breathing techniques, or a relaxing neck massage, can enhance peristalsis.

The auscultation sounds were of very poor quality - muffled and unclear. Certainly not of the professional standard I expected. Further, the unit did not pair to any Hearing Aids, Airpod Pro 3s or other headphones. Useless.
On asking for a returns form, I was informed that there would be a 25% Restocking Fee!!!! Further, had to pay over £20 postage and send it to "Doris" in a flat in Shanghai. Outrageous.
Do not waste your money on this item or company. They are both rubbish!

Horrible Customer service and very cheap product. The sound is not quality and cannot be used in a professional settings ( Doctor's etc).
Their restocking fee of 25% tells you what you need to know about this company. They still make money even if you are unhappy. Stay away!

I am a Family Physician and warn other physicians that this is not an adequate auscultation tool. It is far inferior to a traditional stethoscope. I have tried it with just my I Phone and also with high quality bluetooth earpieces and also with professional hearing aids. The sound quality is poor and I cannot hear murmurs or bruits in any mode. Their return policy has a 25% "restocking fee" which is a scam and speaks to the low quality of the product. If you are a health professional, you will be disappointed if you try this product.

This company is from China but posts a US address on the bottom of every page on their website. Very misleading! I ordered a stemoscope pro from them and it did not connect with my hearing aids (Signia) no matter what I tried (yes I did try through the phone app). It did connect with two different sets of AirPods but there was a 2-3 second delay (hearing the inhalation while the patient was exhaling). I contacted them about a return (still not realizing they were in China - I knew the package was shipped to me from China but that sometimes happens with companies). Someone emailed me back in 2 days and told me there would be a 25% restocking fee, even though the product doesn't work properly. Said I can talk to technical support about it but no info. on how to contact them. No phone numbers to call, no way to chat with someone and troubleshoot. I have to pay to ship it back - $100 CAD to ship a small envelope with tracking to China. When I pushed back and said it doesn't work properly (based on the 2-3 second delay), she said they would test it when they get it back but would only give a full return if they agree. She advised me to only put a $25 value on the customs package but this means I would lose the whole value if it's lost. This company misrepresents themselves as a US based company, there is no way to contact anyone except by email and if you have a problem, you are on the hook for the whole $$.
