I booked online on a Thursday to have the skip delivered on the Saturday. I had workmen standing by to fill the skip over the weekend but it did not turn up. So workmen time totally wasted but still cost me money for their time. Unable to speak with anyone over the weekend, I spoke with someone 1st thing Monday morning who told me the skip was unable to be delivered until Wednesday. No one had contacted me to tell me this and I was not happy. I cancelled tje skip and awaiting a full refund (still waiting 3 days later). I booked with another company who delivered when they said they would.

Quick and reliable skip hire, delivered and collected on time no problems.

I placed an order on Saturday/Sunday night for delivery the following Friday. After ordering, I received no confirmation email or phone call. When I called on Friday morning to check the status, I was told they had no availability at all and that I had supposedly been notified the day before. However, I never received any emails or calls.

To make matters worse, they hung up on me twice before finally taking my concerns seriously after I explained how upset I was with the situation. I then had to call again just to get any information regarding my refund, as no email was sent about that either.

Very poor communication and customer service throughout. I would avoid at all costs.

Booked the skip on the Tuesday for the Thursday of last week and the cancelled less than 24 hours and have still to refund the £192. I received emails from them and I asked for their complaints procedure, but no replies. Left me scrambling about to get a skip, although found a reliable company for the day I requested. Very poor service, would not recommend

It wasnt great Our skip never turned up and they didnt answer the phone when I called ,so many times I called ,all I got was music .Think we have been conned out of £240 Not happy at all .

Awful company, I was waiting for the skip to arrive yesterday as booked. when it got to 2.30 I called for an eta only to be told they were not delivering today but they had availability for Tuesday. Total waste of my time. I have been told a refund will be made asap. I hope so as I don’t want to have to chase this.

Ordered a skip using the online order form. Got a confirmation a day later which clearly stated date of delivery. Phoned them up on the day to get an ETA turns out ‘on our system it’s says it is due for delivery the following week’. Messed up my garden renovation entirely. Avoid this company there are many more reliable services out there some offering better prices as well, only booked out of necessity.

Let me know on the morning of delivery that they didn’t have any skips in my area. Useless.

It was really easy to identify the size of skip I needed from all the information on the website. The next stage, ordering the skip, was also really easy. Once that was done, a contract followed very quickly, which set out all the hire conditions in plain English. The skip arrived very early on the delivery day and the driver couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Another big plus is the competitive pricing. I'm really glad I chose Stevenson and would do so again.

The only reason it is not 5 stars is because they skip was not available on the date it was needed. Everything else was great.

Booked this skip to sort the garden before my daughter’s birthday and they cancelled shortly before. Unreliable.

You cancelled our skip hire the day before it was due to arrive and I had to scramble to get it from somewhere else at a higher price as it was short notice. Will not use you again and would not recommend

Skip arrived on the day it was supposed to and collected on correct day. Only downside was the phone number provided links through to parent company and if ordered online have to be transferred to them if you have any queries. Otherwise good service
