Poor quality, waste of money
I purchased a set of four StickerFab Inner Door Protectors (Behind Handles) for my 2023 Ford Bronco. The idea is great—protect the door panel area behind the interior handles from scratches while adding a carbon fiber appearance. Unfortunately, the execution falls short.
The protectors are extremely thin, almost like a static-cling film rather than an actual protective sticker. There is no adhesive backing; they rely primarily on static attraction to stay in place. Before installation, I thoroughly cleaned the door panels with isopropyl alcohol and allowed them to dry completely. Installation was easy, and initially they looked nice.
The problem is that the Bronco's interior door panels have a textured surface rather than a smooth, glossy finish. Within just a few days, the protectors began lifting at the edges and eventually would not stay attached at all. I repeatedly pressed them back down, but they continued to peel away.
For comparison, I later purchased an entire roll of carbon fiber vinyl tape from Amazon for less money than these protectors cost. The vinyl was noticeably thicker, more durable, and actually adhered to the textured door panels without issue.
If your vehicle has perfectly smooth interior panels, you may have better luck. However, for the textured door panels found in the 2021+ Bronco, these simply did not stay attached and ended up being a waste of money.
