Difficult to contact (rectified)

I have tried to contact you by phone on two occasions this week and sent you two emails regarding my order and I have been cut off mid dial tone and nobody has replied to my emails regarding artwork or trying to chase up my order as I've received no information, my previous order was good and exactly as expected, but this company definitely needs to do better at customer service.

Inconsistent
Sadly I cannot give this company any more than three stars. Whilst the sticker quality is fine the customer service is patchy. I initially contacted Sticker Gizmo to discuss my proposed order and deadlines and got misleading information about delivery times. I ordered samples which I was told would be dispatched the same day. Nothing arrived for 5 days so I checked and was told they hadn’t been sent yet. When they finally arrived I only got 2 of the 3 paper samples ordered.
By that time my order was getting very urgent and I had no choice but to choose between the two samples.
I called again to make sure my order was processed properly this time and at that point the staff member was very helpful and efficient.
The stickers I received were good, so I decided to place another order on the Fast Service section on their website.
Only to be consequently informed that this service is no longer available, it should have been removed from the website and payment would be refunded.
This is just not good enough, if a service/product is published on a website and you can put it in your basket and pay for it, it should be honoured.

We have accepted that there are parts of your experience with using Sticker Gizmo namely the your free samples and confusion over express production that we should have done better with. However, I just wanted to reiterate even though some content on our website hadn't been updated to show weren't taking express orders currently you still could not place an express order as the only option before checkout was our standard service and this did stop you from placing the order and call us. Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Jack went above and beyond to help me place my order, correcting my artwork for me and helping push my order through on express delivery even though I was past the cut off time. A great quality product at such a reasonable price, especially considering how fantastic the service is. I was well looked after and advised by Jack, he was great. A big thank you.
