Didn't arrive in time despite paying extra
I shouldn't have placed another order when my first order (from a different account) didn't arrive on time. Silly me. Second order didn't make it for my event either even after paying extra for expedited delivery and allowing 2 extra days on my end.

The best stickers and the best customer…
The best stickers and the best customer service! I've been ordering from StickerYou for a year now, and I love their stickers. The quality is wonderful, and the customer service is fantastic. My mail club members love the stickers, too. (One of the best features of the vinyl stickers is that they can safely go through the dishwasher, so they're great for applying to a water bottle.)

Quality products
Quality products, but being able to communicate with them can be a little frustrating... Because you can't talk on the phone to them... They communicated through emails and text and sometimes that is difficult trying to explain something you want or need.. they products quality products though...

Hi Michael, thank you for sharing your feedback with us and for your compliments on our product quality! We completely understand how explaining specific design needs via email or live chat can sometimes feel frustrating compared to a quick phone call. We really appreciate your patience with our digital communication channels, and we're taking your feedback to heart as we work on ways to make sharing custom project details easier. For the future, feel free to request a phone call with one of our customer support team, we are happy to give you a call to talk about your order!
