I made a spelling error on my first order of stickers and they caught it, contacted me to confirm it wasn't correct, fixed the spelling error and sent me perfect stickers! More than I would have expected and saved me the money and time of having to reorder the product. Amazing product and support!

I have absolutely no issue with the $4.99 price of the sticker. In fact, I think $4.99 for the sticker itself is perfectly reasonable. The problem is the additional $4.99 shipping charge.

Charging $4.99 to ship a single small sticker is completely unreasonable. This isn't a large package, a heavy item, or something that requires special handling. It is a small, lightweight sticker that could easily be placed in a basic envelope and mailed with standard postage.

When the shipping costs essentially the same as the actual product, it makes the purchase feel like the shipping charge is being used to inflate the total cost. I understand that sellers have packaging and handling expenses, and I have no problem paying a reasonable amount for those costs. But nearly $5 to ship one small sticker is simply excessive.

The sticker is $4.99. Shipping is another $4.99. Suddenly a $4.99 purchase becomes a $9.98 purchase, with essentially half of that cost going toward shipping a tiny, lightweight item.

That's what ultimately lost the sale for me. I was perfectly willing to buy the sticker at the advertised price, but I am not willing to pay another $4.99 just to have a small sticker put into an envelope and mailed.

It's disappointing because the product itself was something I wanted to purchase. A reasonable shipping charge would have made this an easy purchase. Instead, the shipping cost is so disproportionate to the size and weight of the item that I simply can't justify it.

$4.99 for the sticker? No problem.

$4.99 to ship the sticker? That's where you lost me.

I’ll pass and look elsewhere.

Always a great company. Used this for printing round green stickers with a company logo on it to indicate who's on a 2 hour tour. Will continue to use for various projects.
