The company replied to my email immediately. I believe that the issue is solved but since it takes 7-10 days for my account to be reimbursed, I can't be positive till then but they did give a quick response.

I had no idea about anything with this company. I was offered a deal to do a survey about the slushy machine, once the survey was complete there was supposed to be a link where you could purchase this same machine for only $9.99. As soon as I put my card information in, I got instant alerts from my card company of fraudulent charges. When I looked there were 3 other charges that got declined as fraudulent from this company, neither of them the same amount and no mention of the slushy machine.

Was hard to cancel my membership, and now I was just charged again and my membership was updated without my consent, now I have to contact and cancel again.

They listen I ask for a refund they gave it back they were nice about the whole situation

Requested to cancel membership. They were to issue credit of 16.88 to my card. Three emails to them. I followed directions and did another email to remove my credit card information, as you cannot do not myself. . Another charge of 8.44 was processed again
