Got these installed today and I am totally blown away by how easy it was to install and the durability of the product. He overall finished installation came out great and I’m currently trying to recommend all my friends to get them one.

Looks and fits great for the BMW X5. Fits better for some cars than others.

This is a review of their customer service, not the product. I don't have the product yet.

I was interested in ordering multiple of the same steering wheel cover/wrap, and asked if they'd offer a discount for doing so. They told me yes, and provided a discount code.

That seemed like good customer service, until I went to put in the code they provided me, and noticed that they system automatically give the 12% discount they offered.

When I pointed this out, they initially replied with the exact same email they sent the first time. However, since initially reviewing them with 2 stars, they did reach out and offer an additional discount. They also apologized for repeating the same email, and explained that there was an error in their system that resulted in the “automatic discount”.

I ordered a cover for my BMW steering wheel back in October 2025. Account charged, order confirmation email received. I have sent emails, reached out on FB, called and left messages. Nothing communications back. It February 2026, I am yet to receive my item, I am not even sure how to get a refund.

I had a wheel in my CLK350 convertible that they didn’t have a wrap for. However, they went way out of their way to make a custom wrap for me. There were many emails back and forth including exactly where they needed me to measure my wheel. I sent them 10-12 measurements/photos and had the wrap in two weeks (I am in Canada). The fit was absolutely perfect, the workmanship and quality of the wrap as well. This was not a simple wheel but they pulled it off perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased. Communication as well was top notch!

If you are not a professional installer, do not buy a steering wheel cover from Stitchcover. To get it to fit right, you will most likely need to take the steering wheel apart and risk setting off the airbag. I followed the provided instructions and spent several hours stitching only to figure out that the finish product was not a perfect fit as they claim. I should have known something was up when it I saw double-sided tape in the box, which is not something that is shown in the installation videos I watched online. Unfortunately once you've opened the box and started installing it, you're not going to get a refund. I just wasted $100. If you like taking a huge risk and possibly end up throwing it and your money away, go ahead and order one. Maybe you'll have a better experience than me.

Ordered a cover for a new 2026FORD F250 XLT. The sent me a cover for a 2021 F150. Did not fit as it is a different steering wheel.

This is possibly the worst thing I've ever purchased. I'm pretty competent when it comes to solviing problems, but this thing is just junk. It does NOT install easily...I've finally given up and will buy something else. Worthless...do NOT buy.

I find it odd, then going through the entire checkout process. They are requesting a tip. This should be against the law for people to ask for tips. If they're not making the federal minimum wage for a tippped salary employee The federal minimum wage for tipped employees is $2.13 per hour.

Awful customer service.

Made an order with combined perforated and not perforated types of leather with a different codes.
Got all non perforated.
Customer service replied that code is not important (???) and i ordered all non perforated. Tried to order another and got the same codes…
All attempts to explain were non successful.
My recommendation is to avoid this company.
And by the way, it’s stated they are USA based- not correct- it’s a Chinese company

Not correct, in an order clearly stated a different code of leather which corresponds to perforated material.

You are not even able to take a responsibility for a mistake you’ve done

The website states that refunds are available but they are NOT! You will eat it. FALSE ADVERTISING. These guys are crooks. I couldn't find an installer in California, and they won't give me my money back. There is no restrictions stated on their website refund policy, yet they will not return emails or give a refund.

The reply is not true. In our emails, we have never discussed return mail costs. I would pay them. Also, you offered a 20% refund. Your return policy states nothing about a partial refund. I would expect a full refund if I paid to ship it back to you.

This was one of the most satisfying upgrades I’ve done in a while - not while I was doing it but when I was done :) The OEM wheel on the 2004 350z was worn and cracked beyond repair. The added heft of the stitching cover and the combo of solid and perforated leather brought the wheel back to life.

The stitching took some time but the end result came perfect, I can’t wait to get one for my Tesla - this one feels so much better.

Thanks for the great customer service and look forward to getting another wheel cover.

After I ordered,they asked me about my steering wheel size as they say this old steering wheel has different sizes, I am satisfied with the final cover, it turns out good.

Stitch cover for car model does not fit. States be patient that a new fitment is coming. Provides no estimated date or shipping info. This company steals money. Poor communication. Will continue to voice my concerns until my needs are met.

Ordered "Cream" leather steering wheel cover Got "Grey" leather. After they confirmed and changed the color name "Cream to light Grey" on their website they still refuse to "make good" on their failure to understand what color is "Cream" & what is "Grey" I educated them But still they claim "they did nothing wrong" and refuse to refund $100's of my good money paid. There are other steering wheel cover manufacturers to buy from so forget these people. "Online ordering is about trust in your expected accurate descriptions - without that basic you have nothing to sell honest people like me.
