For years I've been using Newegg to buy refurbished laptops. The savings are worth it alone but even more important is that a laptop isn't ending up in the bin, wasted. Good used items... that's the way to go. I don't want to contribute to the landfills and barges that dump things into the oceans.
Anyway, Newegg referred me to this company. I didn't know it but Newegg deals only with the best, so...
Dale and Alex at Stock4Less are fabulous! We were on the phone several times for quite a while and they bent over backwards to please me. Dale is such a great guy. The service was wonderful. Can't say enough about it. I will be advising people, as I am wont to do, to use this company. I consider sharing my good experiences to be a community service :).

This is a truly patient and great company. I worked with Mrs. Betty Springfield, and let me tell you she was super patient and polite. I received a beautiful laptop. Ordered the 15.4 and it is gorgeous. Thank you Mrs. Betty💕 to add I have also bought from them on eBay as well in the past. It was great running into them again.

Unfortunately I had a small issue with a laptop I had purchased from them I contacted the company Alice and the staff went above and beyond to get the issue resolved and make sure I was happy with my product when returned. They take their products and their reputation very serious, I definitely recommend this company for anyone in question ...

Recently, I purchased a 27" iMac. I rec'd it late on a Friday and was having trouble setting it up. I called Customer Service and spoke to a lady by the name of Alice. Immediately, she addressed the issue and it was resolved......I asked if the company was open on Saturday. She replied No. But went above and beyond, by giving me her company email and offered her assistance should I need it throughout the weekend.....BOOM Gold Star!

Then as I set the machine up, I realized this was not the machine I needed. Once again, I called and was fortunate enough to have Alice handle my issue of a needed return. She couldn't have been more helpful in the process of resetting the iMac to factory settings.

Alice was probably the most pleasant and PROFESSIONAL Customer Service person I have ever dealt with.....BOOM Again....only this time not a Gold Star....YOU have a SUPERSTAR! Thank You Alice you are one of a kind! Kevin

They are shady. I bought a computer on EBay and it was not as advertised in the bold heading. They claim to have a 30 day return policy, and nowhere in the listing does it say anything about restocking fees. They want to black mail me to get the restocking fees back, by choosing the reason of return they want me to use, not the one I choose. They turned the whole problem back on me from my first email. Beware.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchases a item as a gift for my son. Received a email 2 days later stating they canceled my order. Happened to look back on their site and the item was still in stock with the price raised 20%. I inquired as to why my order was canceled? reply, error. and they would not honor the original price I purchased it at.
Stay away from shady business save your self the time and frustration. If you read the response below from stock4less, you can see they are untrust worthy. I have 2 emails from them that I can post to prove their dishonesty.

Update: They just contacted me and said that they would get my review taken down.

Stock4less must really not want people to know about there shady business practices.
They have had trustpilot contact me more than 3 times trying to get my review taken down. Claiming I'm not a customer is silly, I have the invoice from my order. Claiming you never corresponded with me and threatened to cancel my remaining order if I did not remove my review was not so smart either. I forwarded that email to trustpiolet.
Shop Safe People, hope my mistake is your gain.

It had given me such a pleasure to know Stock4less.Indeed it was an experience that was very much different from other suppliers. Just to mention the least of what i requested it was even better than expected. The response time was beyond expectation! the answer back for the solution was even better than what i had originally asked for. In total with such exceptional treatment, i think i set to may self a target for the future to NEVER Consider any body else but Stock4less for all my purchases.

I bought a refurbished iMac from them and was skeptical at first since it arrived and stopped working after 30 minutes. These things can happen though as refurbished products don't always like to work right. So I got in contact with Customer Service (Betty!) and they had me ship it back and they sent me another one which works perfectly. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because shipping took foreverrrrr. I'd still buy from this company again in a heartbeat for their customer service and determination to satisfy the customer.

I purchased a refurbished MacBook from this seller.. I needed to ask for a special favour with respect to the order, and I offered to pay extra for their trouble. Stock4less took care of the request no problem, and declined to charge me extra. Their communications were friendly and professional. Thanks for the great customer service, guys! Darren.

Thank you, I'm very happy with the end result. My iMac was missing the RAM it stated in their post, they corrected the mistake and shipped it very quickly. I could not be happier with the quality of the computer and how quick they were to respond and react. I really appreciate it.

In the beginning it was rough but in the end they worked with me and made it right we got a awesome MacBook Air works great daughter loves it they worked with me and replied to all my emails and got back to me in a fairly good time manner nice people

I did business with these guys for the first time and had a great experience. The customer service was on point and they resolved all issues, questions, and concerns I had. The only downside was that my shipment took almost 3 weeks, but for the service I received, I was fine with that. I would do business with these guys again.

I ordered a MacBook on Black Friday for my daughter. I called on the following Monday to speak with a live person and confirm my order. No one answered so I left a message on their voicemail, did not receive a call back so called again on Tuesday. I spoke with an agent who was able to confirm my order and assured me I would get an email notification once my order shipped. I never received an email confirmation, I had to check my account/order online to get my tracking information. Computer arrived (quickly, which was nice) however the charger was thrown into the bottom of the box haphazardly and was covered with some sort of black dirt. I cleaned the charger and got it white again only to notice a piece was broken. No big deal, should still charge however it wasn’t even the right charger. I called customer service immediately and was told to send pics (which I did) and they would ship the correct one immediately (scheduled to arrive tomorrow). I went ahead and ordered a charger which arrived yesterday because we wanted to make sure the computer worked, which it does. It was a great deal (cost and fast shipping) however I will not order from them again based on my experience coupled with reviews I’ve read of customers who have had similar experiences.

Gentille and staff were very helpful and provided excellent Customer Service. He even went above and beyond in helping me setup an iMac I bought from to upgrade from OSX High sierra to the latest OSX Catalina. They were there every step of the sale and would highly recommend them to other. They are just awesome.
