Always get great service from all the Stocks staff from the staff in the office to the engineer. Can praise them enough.

Excellent company, when purchasing such expensive products you need to know the people you are dealing with know there stuff, Stocks staff give a 1 st class service and know there products very well, I am very fussy and will only use stocks from now on.

Very reliable, great service the engineers are very Knowledgeable and skillful in their work. Stock’s on a whole are pleasant to deal with.

We had a 'unique' entryway to get our machine in. They don't bend very easily - especially when German built!
Stocks did a sterling job making sure it would fit and then installed it.

I ordered some needles and I wanted them to be delivered before a specific date as a birthday present.
It seemed that the package was delayed.
I contacted the shop via the webform and I received an answer really quickly.
Apparently the needle-supplier was late with the delivery. Once Stocks received the shipment, my order was sent the same day with upgraded delivery.
I received my order in time.
I am very thankfull with the way the issue was solved and with extra effort.

Excellent company to deal with. Communication was really good. Jenny organised everything when we chose the Brother PR680w, from delivery to finance. She also provided us with a very useful starter pack, which is much appreciated. Dan brought the machine, set everything up and walked us through all the basics, including maintenance. He was very thorough and such a pleasant chap. We would highly recommend Stocks Sewing Machines Ltd.

Jenny was really helpful with the initial enquiry. Recommended the best machines for us and helped us with the best finance option. Dan delivered on time, did all the heavy lifting and installed the machines without any fuss. He then went on to tutor us in the use and maintenance of the machines. Highly recommend.

A breakdown just before Christmas is not what I needed, but I was up and running again in time to finish my Christmas projects. Thank you Paul and the team.

I bought my first embroidery machine from Stocks back in 2014. I was taught how to use the machine by an extremely helpful Jenny (Thanks Jenny!). Since then I have exchanged one machine for a newer version, the PR670E in 2019.

If ever there is an issue (mainly through my own mistakes), all of the staff at Stocks are quick to help find a solution which has always worked. On my first machine there were major issues which Stocks fixed once I'd driven it up to them. No problems once it was serviced.

I could not recommend this business more. I will be a customer for life. I came onto their website this evening to by thread and felt compelled to write a review.
