I went to the discovery day hosted by Richard and team and genuinely it was awesome! I've been to a lot of property events which all talk about investments/strategy however there is a big side of property which is overlooked/not covered by paid courses which is what Richard's niche is, project management! It was so eye opening and informative and it's certainly made me more aware about the risks/compliance side of property. The other thing which I really like is Richard's approach, he's humble, honest and straight to the point, there is no big sell to attend further courses (even though there is a 3 day course), he leaves it with you to decide if it's right or not. He genuinely wants to help people and that is so clear with his content and style. I'll be definitely looking to be part of the 3 day course in the future. Thank you again Richard and team!

I heard Richard present at a property development event last year, and took the opportunity to speak with him afterwards, booking onto the Project Management Blueprint course that evening.
The course was fantastic, really well structured and delivered, and the level of information that I did not know, after 20 years in the construction industry, was truly eye opening.
I have since signed on to Richard’s Project Management Mastermind, which is proving invaluable to the growth, scale and profitability of both my construction company, and my development company.
