Wouldn’t use this company again! Can’t believe the state they sent the paving out in! Put me behind on the job we were on costing me time and money and having to source other slabs! Still haven’t been refunded by the company!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the condition of the pallet upon arrival and the subsequent delay in your refund.
We understand that time is critical on a job site. While it is rare, transit damage can occasionally occur when transporting heavy stone products through third-party pallet networks. When the delivery arrived in a damaged state, we initially offered to redeliver the pallet at our own expense and provide a full pro-rata refund for any damaged slabs found inside, as we always stand by the quality of our products. However, we respect your decision to refuse the delivery and source materials elsewhere.
Regarding the refund, we must hold our hands up - due to an internal oversight, the return was not processed as quickly as it should have been once the pallet was back in transit. This is not our usual standard, and as soon as this was brought to our attention, we initiated the full refund immediately.
We have reached out to you personally to apologise for this delay and to confirm that the funds are on their way back to you. While we understand your disappointment, we hope the fact that we waived all return charges and processed the full refund shows our commitment to making things right.

Company was great, delivery team was average.
Ordered 2 crates of limestone sets . Product came and was exactly as expected , good quality product. Delivery company did arrive later than the 4 hour time slot and left them in an awkward position on the drive meaning I had to move them all by hand to a new location to get access to the drive rather than leaving them to one side. But would order from the company again.

Names of products
The description of the slabs delivered (as per the pallet labels) was entirely different to the those marketed on the website and ordered. Website described them as Sahara Beige Limestone but pallet labels stated "Sunny Menia". This, together with the Sahara Beige sample previously delivered being entirely different to the slab delivered (several shades lighter) led me to believe a different variety of limestone had been delivered. Over numerous emails and phone calls I was told it was just a matter of the manufacturer calling the same product an entirely different name - less than helpful and given this probably occurs all the time not at all good that this discrepancy was not referred to on the website
Still not entirely convinced I received what I ordered but I accepted the die to timing for my project

'Sahara Beige' is our commercial name for this beautiful limestone, whereas 'Sunny Menia' is the technical name used at the source. We aim to choose names that best describe the stone's appearance for our customers.
Regarding the variation from the sample, natural stone is unique to the specific block it is cut from, and shades can vary between batches. Furthermore, a small 100x150mm sample cannot always represent the full tonal range or characteristics of an entire lot, especially with stones that feature natural colour variations.
We are glad you were able to proceed with your project, and we will certainly take your feedback on board regarding making these naming discrepancies clearer on our website to help future customers.

Good product
The product is extremely good and we are very happy with the layed results. I have given as a 4 star as the packaging was not too good and we had quite a few broken slabs when we unwrapped. Fortunately we still have a few spares so the broken ones did not affect us too much.

Disappointing response
Ordered 10 packs of paving in Oct 2025 which had some breakage when unpacked a few weeks later. Required 2 additional packs but despite numerous phone calls and emails there was no response from Stonemart. Ended up going to a competitor who promptly delivered the required paving.

Two broken tiles on delivery cost me…
Two broken tiles on delivery cost me £120 to replace them with shipping , initially wasn’t the fault of the company but stonemart failed to notify me of new stock arriving leaving my project short in finishing and causing me distress and upset .
