All processes, adding funds, trading and withdrawing funds, were actioned without error and quickly. When using the chat box my questions about a withdrawal were answered fully and speedily.

They came up on my trading view…
They came up on my trading view advertising, 3 months free if I join them, I was like why not, so after signing up, no promotion.
Got in touch with costumer care, they said that promotion is only available in Australia, to which I asked then why are you advertising in the UK?
They then said they would keep their word and I only had to check the email box wait for the email with the details, this was last week, still nothing, the guy clearly just wanted to get rid of me, that's not a good start of trust, with so many brokers out there, I will definitely not trust a company with a very bad costumer service

Excellent account support team.
I called Marcus Wong for help when I encountered login problem after changing the password. He was helpful by sending me an email with a new login password and pass the call to a technical staff Andre to settle technical issues. It was resolved very quickly. I am very happy with their responsiveness and helpfulness

Log in issues
The support team are always very helpful.
My particular problem happened at the end of the day and therefore I could not record two closures. The matter was resolved following an update requirement for the OP System for my computer.
