Christian supplied an excellent service. Firstly by making sure the scooter I had chosen was suitable for my needs and then explaining to me the warranty and insurance. Would highly recommend him. And appreciate his patience whilst my payments were being made.

A positive outcome following problems

**Update**
The measure of a company's service is probably at its most honest when there is a problem rather that when things go well!
Below is my original 1* review and I'm happy to say that now, with the matter resolved, I can post a more positive score.
My thanks to Alice for her tenacity in resolving the issues, for the replacement bag and for the promised refund.

I ordered a bag online and when it arrived it was much smaller than the dimensions stated on the website.
I called and spoke to a member of the team who said they'd look into it. When nobody responded, I chased it up and spoke to someone who assured me they'd look into it. When I chased it up a second time, I was assured that they had found a larger bag and that it would be despatched immediately.
It is now two weeks later and still no bag...
I have placed yet another call into the team today and am yet to receive a response.
So, the information on the website was inaccurate, the team (despite their professional and friendly persona) have so far been unable to resolve my issue and I am still without a bag for my wheelchair.
As you might imagine, I am not happy and this has been a poor experience to date.

Wheely good experience.

Visited shop on Monday and purchased a model m after being shown it by a very nice lady who was extremely knowledgeable about the product.
This was delivered 2 days later by an extremely nice chap called Lawrence who took me through how to use the model and who also was excellent with his knowledge about the product.
Will definitely visit the shop again should I require anything further.

Great demonstration

We had a great instore experience and the lady in the shop was really helpful in allowing mom to choose her chair and test drive. Lawrence has delivered moms motorised chair today. An excellent demonstration of use. He called before arriving which was really helpful to allow me time to come from work to be there for delivery.

Vibrating chair

I bought a pelma foldable electric wheelchair but it seemed to buzz and have like a vibration going through it even when it was switched off. I contacted them to report this problem and they asked me to send it back which I did. No replacement was provided. I received a brand new chair but this one buzzed even more than the first one! I sent that back too. The engineer said there was no buzzing from it. I sent a video of it violently buzzing with no one sitting on it. I am due to go on holiday on Thursday morning and have just been told I won’t receive it back before then. The airline have all the dimensions and weight etc of the pelma and I’m not getting it back on time.

Best mobility store ever!

I have used Easy Living Mobility in Cannock for about 7years. I have to say,I cannot find one bad thing to say about them. I recently had a new canopy fitted on my Kymco scooter. As always,Martin did his job perfectly. He was polite,professional,yet lovely to chat to. He always tells me to “Take care” at the end of every visit. Fabulous customer service. The staff in the shop are wonderful-Kay hasn’t been there very long but she is doing brilliantly. Would recommend this store a million times over. Thank you!

I spoke to Alice from the customer care team today. She was excellent and answered all of my questions fully. Even the ones that sounded daft.
This was the first time I have purchased a wheelchair for my wife but Alice guided me through the process and she helped me immensely in finding the right product. Excellent all round.

Battery issue fixed

I bought an IAM4 Electric Wheelchair from Easy Living Mobility. It was delivered and we were shown how it folded. How to turn it on and off and where the charging port was located.
I only used the wheelchair around 8 to 9 times and charged it everyone before using it. I had no trouble at all until i tried to charge it today when it wouldn't charge at all. I got my son to check that i was not doing anything wrong and that there weren't any loose wires and everything was okay.
I got straight onto the aftersales for the shop and was told that because of the type of battery it had to be charged several times a week not just every now and then, and that the battery was now useless, and that it was my fault. We were not told that we had to charge the battery several time a week or it would have got charged several times a week. The afyersales lady said that my only option was to buy another battery which was going to cost over £300. I cannot afford this as i am still paying for the wheelchair, and therefore now can't use it! Aftersales said that we would have been told how to deal with the battery and would have been given a care leaflet, neither of which happened.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY SHOW NO SYMPATHY/ UNDERSTANDING ANDTRY TO GET EVERY LAST PENNY YOU HAVE
UPDATE - The problem has now been fixed. Alice from Easyliviving Mobility has been great. She arranged for the battery to be collected and then tested. The fixed battery was then sent back to us and Alice guided us through fixing it back on the chair. My electric wheelchair works again! THANKYOU ALICE
