The Shipping time is ridiculous
The Shipping time is ridiculous. The filament itself is good (purchased from outside vendor) previously. Thought i would go through the store this time.

I ordered a silk silver in expectations of it printing more metallic just for it to print exactly like yhe regular pla silver. Waste of money with this roll.

Slow response and no way to cancel order
Something changed in my cart and I accidently ordered the wrong part. Within 3 minutes I emailed Sunlu to cancel the order. There is no way on the website to cancel or modify an order. I didn't receive a reply for 21 hours, which was too late. One star for fast shipping.
Order shipped from Ontario, Canada. However couldn't reach anyone. In the response, advised to refuse delivery. Delivery company (UniUni) dropped off package out in front of the house in full view of the street and did not ring door bell. Unable to refuse delivery. Stuck with product that is of no use to me.

This last batch has been very difficult…
This last batch has been very difficult to work with. So far I have had 2 rolls that is not wound right causing me to have to throw prints away in the middle as well as fixing my machine because it clogs it.
