Shipping via TNT was bad, as usual. The order sat in the Newcastle depot from 12th March to 26th March. TNT don't communicate.

The product I wanted was easy to order and pay for at a reasonable price. It was quickly supplied.

Great phone service, retailer took new guitar of same model from stock checked snug fit and protection in the gig bag whilst I was on the phone then we completed a seamless transaction on the phone. Delivery was seamless with tracking.

Delivery was reasonably quick. Product arrived as expected.

I have been shopping with store DJ and Mannys for over a decade. Love the service.

However the relentless emails involving reviews is annoying. I get that the sales manager needs to justify their position and but I personally would like to be removed from the CRM

But on the day I wanted to just go in, go home with new monitors and stand isolators, and they don't keep enough stock of either. Their support says the stores aren't big enough to keep a good number of everything, which is fair, and I still bought them from another store DJ the next day so maybe my grievance is unfair for the reality of their logistics.
Still, they need to stock stores better. Even if you need to hire the closest storage units, being able to quickly grab more of a few things, even while a customer may be willing to wait, it'd be better than "sorry, we don't have any, you'll have to go further from home tomorrow"
But again, great staff, as helpful as they could be, though the website did say they had one pair in stock, but in reality they couldn't find it anywhere.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and provide great service. Store is easy to find, plenty of parking available and they are located close to my home and business.

Outstanding service: received item within 2 days amazing given I live in WA; excellent website plus a good feeling to support a localised store which is also cost competitive
