I have been playing soccer as a goalkeeper for professional youth teams (Torino F.C., Italy) since the age of six. Ever since then, I have used Storelli protective shorts (my dad used to buy them from the Storelli website).
Now, after 13 years, I still use them because I consider them the best (I have tried other brands, but Storelli is superior in terms of fit and protection).

We are very happy with our purchase from storelli. My husband first came upon their website when looking for an alternative to our kids typical shin guards for soccer. I was hesitant because of the price. After further research I decided to give them a shot. I ordered our 8 year old son the sleeves and shin guards. Shipping was quick and when my son put them on, he was instantly hooked. He left them on until his practice which was 4 hours later. He said they were comfortable and was very happy. Our 10 year old daughter who initially said she didn’t want a set, asked for one after seeing her brother wear his. My favorite thing is I can wash the sleeves. After every single use I wash them and lay them to air dry. They have held up nicely so far. No more stinky shin guards in my house!

Received the wrong item in an order and Storelli’s response was fast and helpful. They were able to get me the replacement item in time for my son’s next match. He loves his gear.

Poor after-sales service.
I returned an item for an exchange following their returns process and Australia Post confirmed it was delivered to Storelli's warehouse. Despite this, Storelli claimed they could not locate the parcel and the issue dragged on for six weeks.
I had to repeatedly chase updates, provide proof of delivery, and escalate the matter before anything happened. The replacement finally arrived, but only after most of the soccer season had passed.

For a brand positioned and priced as a premium product, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The products may be good, but be aware that if something goes wrong, the returns and exchange process can be extremely slow and frustrating.

I have loved my Storellis!
I have the turf burn leggings and used a couple variations of the shin guard sleeves and they've been great. The fit is awesome, the protection is for real, I've really taken to slide-tackling a lot lately and all of our games are on turf so there's a lot of risk for bloody knees and infection but since I invested in the turf burn leggings I haven't had any issues! I developed a small tear in one of the seams and they were quick to send a replacement! Can't recommend these guys enough.

I’m shocked by the other reviews on here! I ordered my daughter the pants and accidentally sent them to the wrong location (we moved). Their customer service went above and beyond to fix it and help me get her pants to the right location. Also, she LOVES the product. She plays club so her knees and hips take a beating over four games in one weekend. The pants are comfortable and protect exactly where she needs it. She is faster to respond and throw her body on the floor because she is confident the pants will take the brunt of the impact.

their AI customer service bot kept giving me wrong information. Also the shipping took longer than the 3-7 days promised. Very frustrating since I considered it in order to be ready for a game

If i could give zero that’s what you would get! Absolutely useless costumer service, if you want to return anything that’s not going to happen. Not recommended

Do not buy from this company as it is a nightmare to even try and send the item back if it’s faulty or doesn’t fit . They won’t give you a return address or phone number for uk customers. They are an absolute joke

Terrible experience, i ordered an disnt receive a month and a half, they had a problem with my address and no one send me an email or a message, they are always not available on the live chat, not responding to emails, terribllleee!!!

Big Red flags with Storelli's customer service.

Being a branded of such high quality products , I sent Storelli an enquiry around sizing of different items on October 17th expecting equally great customer service in line with their premium quality products and brand, as of November 1st...never heard from them.

If that's what their customer service is like before you buy their products, big question marks of post sale customer service.

Ironically, I constantly get emails about buying their products so from the looks of it so far at first impressions it looks like a brand that is just focused on selling your product but no customer service when you need them, even for presale general enquiries.

Trying to return item, went thru returns process online and have been waiting on confirmation email from Storelli for 2 weeks on how to return. Have sent numerous emails and tried chatbot. But getting ghosted. Rip off company.

Ordered an item for delivery to the UK and only when I had to return it they told me I had to send it back to the USA. I took screenshots of all their webpages and there is no mention of this in the T&Cs or return policies. I will report them to the online anti fraud. They should not be allowed to sell in the UK.

Don't expect to be able to contact the company via chat, email or phone. Pretty much yelling into the void. They will get back to you eventually... took me six days over chat and email to get a response. There are no reviews to read on their website, now I know why. It's too bad, because the products are unique and pretty good quality. Expensive, because they are niche. Wish they had services to go with it.

Signed up for their email promising 15% off on the first order a week ago. The emails keep coming through,but no discount code. I contacted customer services 3days ago, but still nothing. They are happy to bombard you with emails daily, but not so happy to fulfil their promises. I am concerned that will happen if there is an issue with the order.
