I purchased my parrots from this store, they are beautiful and healthy! However, I did find that the prices for accessories and food are quite high.

Pésimo, compré alimento en cibermonday, luego de unos días contactan porque un producto no lo tienen, supuestamente darán reembolso y mandarán los otros, y aún no llegan. Hago reclamos por whats y no mandan los productos. No vuelvo a comprar.

Me registre para las promociones de mi mascota 🐕 compré en línea alimento para mi perrito 20 Kg al pasar de los días aparecía en la aplicación entregado el mismo día cosas que no fue verdad, al comunicarme a su línea de atención me dijeron ya había sido entregado mi producto por lo que te comenté era falso, me dijo no ya se te entrego hasta que aclare que la entrega el mismo día era solo local y mi compra fue foránea, checaron y hasta el día siguiente después de casi una semana se me entrego mi compra, checaron el error pero ni una disculpa por la tardanza o por decirme que me tía al pedir mi producto.

Got a store credit $35 instead of my money back for their overpriced in-store items (they lie on the phone, there's no matching online prices with receipt)… Go back and bought a 30-pound $82 bag of Nutro dog food, get out to my car and it was covered with mealy bugs, checked the expire date and sure enough it expired 6 months ago, go back inside the store, grabbed another bag of the same Nutro that had not expired. I bring it to the cashier, got refunded for first bug bag, and for the exact same product - I owe $10.53. Same item. Why? Turns out the $10 I earned on my Petco card got “used up” when they took back the first mealy bug bag. Why didn’t they just give me the 2nd bag hassle free? I ended up buying canned cat food to be safe. Petco sells expired food rancid with bugs. This store is dangerous. The whole world needs to know Petco has gotten this bad.

Si pudiera no le daria ni una estrella, una basura! Totalmente no compren en PETCO, se tardan en los envios. Llamas al servicio al cliente 10 minutos en espera, y si es menos tiempo de espera te dan la misma respuesta" Su pedido ya esta en con empresa de transporte la cual hace envios", las ejecutivas no dan claridad dicen palabras las cuales no saben explicar, cuando le preguntas. Si pedis reembolso se demora de 7 a 21 dias habiles. Una verguenza. RECOMIENDO NO COMPREN EN PETCO TOTALMENTE UN DESASTRE SU LOGISTICA, SUS EJECUTIVAS Y LA ATENCION AL CLIENTE.

PETCO en linea es una basura, compre alimento el 10 de agosto dìas después el veterinario me pidió que lo cambiara en ese momento llame a servicio al clientes con una promesa de ellos que pasarían por el producto, lo deje en la caseta de la entrada de mi conjunto, hice muchas llamadas hasta que por fin lo acabe llevando a Vistahermosa y lo resguardaron, a casi un mes me dicen que no aceptan mi devolución PETCO no se hace responsable recoger como lo acordaron desde el dìa uno, todo esta documentado he sido un cliente fiel desde hace años recomiendo que no le compren nada a PETCO en linea, ellos mienten servicio pésimo y aún me deben dinero.

Petco is hands down the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The internal fraud is rampant, and it’s shocking how they support and even encourage unprofessional behavior. They’ll go to great lengths, including fabricating lies, to try to fire you. If you’re HIV positive or have ADHD, be prepared—they don’t want you there. Time cards get altered, and the in-store cameras conveniently don’t work when they need to. Internal investigations are completely biased and set up to protect the wrong people. It’s a toxic environment where integrity is non-existent. If you value your sanity and professionalism, stay far away from Petco.

I made an online appointment for pet grooming at Lancaster PA store. Chose a $59 service. I took my dog the day of the appointment and when I checked out, there was a $7 charge for miscellaneous and a 5.99 charge for more misc. What the heck? Walked out with a 72.00 bill. I asked why these charges were applied to my bill and they just responded oh that's what we've been doing now. Not acceptable! Will not be back!

This afternoon I went to the Baileys Crossroads store (#01716) for cat food. I found the food I needed BUT the entire store is FILTHY. If one can get beyond the piles of dog hair, one could see that the floor is really, really filthy! If I had a dog I would NOT take it into that store! I would not expect that the employees (there were only 2) are responsible for cleaning the large store, but this place needs proper maintenance. What’s the problem in meeting this basic expectation? I’m crossing this store off my list as it is disgustingly dirty.

Traté de hacer una compra en línea, la página dijo que mi banco rechazó el cobro, sin embargo cuando revisé, el cargo SÍ se había hecho a mi tarjeta. Llevo dos meses pidiendo mi reembolso y es la fecha que no lo recibo.
Es el colmo que una empresa tan grande sea tan incompetente, nunca más vuelvo a comprar con ellos, ni en linea ni en sus tiendas físicas.

Ya contaré que dice profeco de todo esto, espero que si no cumplen no solo me reembolsen si no que me indemnicen, porque considero que es una forma de estafa publicar y cobrar por producto que no tienes y luego no tener ninguna responsabilidad en entregar.

Hice una compra en linea, recibi la confirmación para pasarlo a recoger, fui a la tienda y despes de hacerme pasar un mal rato porque no me habia llegado el codigo de verificacion para que me entregen la orde, me dicen que no lo tienen y que hable a soporte para que me reembolsen o que ellos me digan que hacer, yo me niego a aceptar un reembolso, pero ahora cada que marco me contesta el mismo chico y me dice que no hay disponibilidad de ese producto en la zona y que no hay fecha esperada de resurtido, considero esta una practica comercialmente desleal para con sus clientes, porque ellos no me entregan al producto que no solo me confirmaron que tenian, si no que me dijero que ya estaba listo y me hicieron ir a la tienda a recorerlo, para que me dign que siempre no lo tiene, pero es que a parte yo ya les pague, ese dijero ya salio de mi cuenta y yo ya no puedo aprovecharlo, pero ellos si, eso es lo que me molesta realmente, porque si hubiera sido el caso de que yo hago el pedido y pago en tienda al recibir el producto creo que estarian más interesados en cumplir, pero como yo ya les pague, y ellos no tienen ningun problema con hacerme esperar lo que sea si me da la gana, ya para ellos es mi problema y basicamente que yo le haga como quiera.

Hola,un error comprar en Petco,te dan una fecha de entrega no la cumplen,a mi me realizaron mi boleta más de 10 días después de la compra,el servicio de WhatsApp solo da largas,diciendo que están agilizando el envío,o durante semanas te dicen que están en ruta,que te prepares por que está en camino y nunca nada,llevo casi el mes esperando que llegue mi pedido y solo recibo esas respuestas,opte por denunciar en SERNAC.
Por cierto un día la empresa transportadora Chazki me envió un correo con qué mi pedido venía en camino en la noche, casi a las 1 de la madrugada del día siguiente me llegó otro correo diciendo que no había nadie en casa,cuando era día de lluvia,había gente,y no tuve ninguna llamada, así que no confiar ni en Petco ni en su Empresa Chazki.

Primero que nada en Youtube ponían horribles reseñas en tictok el cetera y decían que maltrataba animales y casi llevarlos a la muerte y yo quise probar (y me arrepiento) hay dejaron sin agua a mis peces 0/10 si amas a tu mascota no los lleves hay no digas que no te lo aperti

De repente decidieron cambiar mi Id y me dieron otro, quitando las fotos de mis gatos. Me dieron uno de compra de perros. Y dicen que ahora es así. Así que todo lo que compre y tenia en mi Id anterior fue cancelado al igual me dieron cuenta de otra persona... Y no se como cancelar mi tarjeta qué estaba en esa cuenta. No se explican y quieren tener razón.
