I received great customer service from Florence. Any time I've used the chat support feature I get help quickly. She took the time to understand my issue and even created quick screen video capture to show how to fix my problem! The app works really well and is fairly easy to use.

Jen is amazing!! Incredible customer service, I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She was able to install the EasyFlow app for me and fix small issues that popped up incredibly quickly, all for free. So grateful for her support to be able to get this product all set up on our website.

I have been working through issues with their team and it has been a great experience. I have a shopify bot problem that Shopify has not/cannot fix, but StoreFAQ support is working with me to resolve the impacts on their product.

She is the reason we continue with shopify, without her we would be lost and our reptoinship would probably wind up at a dead end,. Cudos to youfor engagin her, she is clearly a star.

I tried 3 other apps before this one. They all had limited support and didn't do what I wanted them to do. After installing I found some quirks that I wasn't happy with. I sent a live chat and Nicole was very quick to make it look and work exactly as I wanted. Would definitely recommend
