STOREX - Loughton Reviews

We rented a storage unit while having building work done on our house. Everything works via their app - car park entry, lift, opening the unit. The app works very well but it all feels a bit spooky when there’s no one around. The unit was modern, clean and dry and just what we needed. When I needed to talk to someone on the phone, they were always helpful. Price reasonable, especially the introductory offer.

Very good storage rental. Much needed when my business was fraudulently stolen at the end of last year and I didn’t want the person who had obtained my lease dishonesty getting the contents of the venue as well. Managed to rent a Storex unit on New Years Eve! Three months reduced rent was a great bonus too. The people on the desk (thanks Gavin) are always helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Storex to friends and family.

Amazing customer service and very nice facility. Would highly recommend this company and specials Loughton facility.

Great facility, amazing staff. Found exactly the storage space I needed. Highly recommended!

Great locations and experience, sometimes the location wouldn't work with the elevator so could make the elevator access slow (would eventually work though). I was unaware that my size rental had limited access hours and was surprised I couldn't access my unit outside of business hours but if you are more aware than I then it shouldn't be an issue. Great experience overall.

That’s a great stuff

Simple process, app is useful, customer service has been good and storage unit is what we needed

excellent customer service

I cannot thank Gemma & Gavin enough. They were so helpful. I would most definitely use STOREX again

The staff especially Gavin is great and also it is very good that I don't have to use the app inside elevators to start them up or down. The prices on long term are better than other storage companies. That improvement with the storage locks directly from the app seams a litlle bit strange but we will see in time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, gave me good advice to select the storage size that was the best fit for me and happy to answer any questions I had.

Excellent easy to use app and storage unit great staff especially Gavin very helpful

Excellent! I signed up to the Loughton STOREX & immediately felt at home. Gavin & Gemma really are amazing. They made me feel very welcomed from the start & helped me to customise my requirements. They are both super friendly & patient. It has given me so much more freedom in my life since becoming a guest. The units are spotless & keep cool. I like the modern keyless smartphone entry it reassures me that my stuff is safe. No more bulky padlocks & remembering keys. I think all the other storage providers out there should invest in this technology. The staff always go above & beyond. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much STOREX, I am a very happy customer!
