Sam was instrumental in finding me an opportunity when I was looking to move away from Big Tech into the world of startups. I would not have found my current role if it weren't for him.

The two things I appreciated about Thomas were that 1) he was extremely adaptive to our feedback, updating candidate flow in line with our feedback and 2) he drove the recruiting and ensured that if a candidate needed feedback that I knew exactly what he was waiting on from me
