first of all i felt a personal touch not some number and a very expert patient staff. I found them very understanding and supportive which is you need as a client.

Reliable solid host for web site and email.
I've been with Storm Internet for several years with a lifetime subscription used mainly for personal email using my own domain (avoiding gMail, hotmail and the like). It has been a good experience, one or two blips over the years but response times have been good when there have been issues.

The team at "Storm Internet" are just fantastic. Thank you for fixing a tricky email issue I was having. I have been with "Storm Internet" for a great number of years and they always go the extra mile to help out. I have a "Managed server" and it works really well for me. "Storm Internet" have over the years gained my loyalty and trust; they work very hard to satisfy their customers.

Been with Storm Internet more then 10 years, and when there's a problem, it always gets resolved quickly.
Patrick, Mohammed, George, Sam, Zayn,... and I probably I forgot some more names [sorry about that] are always nice and friendly.

Issue with security headers
Storm helped me out with an issue that wasn't really something they should have had to help me with. However unlike many other hosting providers Storm did again go the extra mile for us at MSL. Very much appreciated it and it proves once again that they have the technical knowledge! Thanks guys.
